I've been coming to this location for years now I moved away from close by but I still would come there because of a manager first off racetrac needs to protect their employees better because they fired that manager I've came there on numerous times and seen where that lady would be getting disrespected to the fullest I was there Monday September 23 2025 and the young lady was trying to by some kind of tobacco product with her boyfriends id and the manager told her she couldn't use it then the boyfriend try to come in and buy it and was saying you don't need a id to buy the product and wanted the manager to let him behind the counter to see once see refused to allow him behind the counter that's when he became very disrespectful calling her out of her name when it was a store full of people and she handled herself well racetrac needs to protect their female works better because they get disrespected and we are humans no one should be disrespected to the point where I've seen this manager be disrespected I don't see how she worked there that long and dault with the disrespect

DO NOT GO HERE VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! The older lady working at 4:40pm on 8/6/2025 was being rude to customers and LOUDLY talking about how another customer smells directly in front of other customers. THAT IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! I will be calling corporate about her. That’s appalling behavior for a grown woman.

The managerial staff need to train their employees on basic customer service. The most passive and miserable workers I’ve ever met. I’m not expecting great service at a gas station, but your staff members shouldn’t make someone’s day worse within a 2 minute interaction.

Visiting this location I really like how well maintained the store looked. The only issue I had was on Wednesday 5/14/25 with a light skinned black male employee. The nice woman working the register was dealing with a line to the door. The male employee was busy loading the roller grill so he stopped what he was doing, took his gloves off and headed towards the register . I assumed he was going to help but nope he walked to the edge of the register counter and began to fill out their checklist and had himself a lil snack. He didn’t last long but I just thought he should’ve helped customers as soon as he got to the register. So he finally hops onto a register and starts ringing people up but what I really dislike is instead of him saying “I can help the next guest” he makes a gesture towards people telling them to come to him like if we were dogs and on top of that he doesn’t say anything. No “hello, how are you?” “Anything else” nothing. While he was processing my payment he just walked away. My transaction wasn’t over , my card hadn’t been processed, didn’t ask if I needed a receipt, he just walked away like if we were finished. Hope he’s not a manager

Terrible experience. Staff is more interested in completing their shift duties than helping customers and was overcharged for tax on a tax exempt item.
Messaged RaceTrac and got a generic 'we're sorry, we'll do better email' but nothing changes. Will avoid RaceTrac in general due to these experiences here.

I do security in the area and frequent this store very early in the morning begore work.The people here are always nice and the store is clean.I highly recommend this place

Soda fountain out of order but employees refuse to put out of order sign on it, filthy restrooms. Only one employees seen actually working but they had a don't care attitude

Employees are so rude and they don’t care. I spent $50 every day there they had a monster energy drink deal buy 2 get 1 free and I bought 2 of them forgot to grab my third one I come back right back and cashier told me can’t give me my third one even though I paid for buy 2 get 1 free that’s messed up they have a false advertisement. The employees are so mean I hope racetrack read this review and do something about this issue how customers are getting scam

I love RaceTrac. Have been to this location twice. The (manager?) with purple hair was so rude. He butted into my transaction with a clerk trying to correct him and not knowing what was going on. The clerk was correct and doing his best with a cc card machine malfunction and switching to taking cash from me. This guy just prolonged the service while not actually changing or improving anything the clerk was doing. He was rude and condescending. Next time I can in purple hair was the clerk and was rude and condescending to me when I asked if they could make a type pizza not in the warmer. RaceTrac do better!
