The guy in the shipping office is extremely rude and started yelling at me and will not care at all, after waiting more than 8 hrs they’ll not tell you if you’re going to get loaded or not and I have to wait even more. After I started recording, the supervisor jumped in to not only not help me but to tell me that I can’t record their behavior and told me that they don’t know when I’ll be getting loaded even though it was hrs passed my appointment time and didn’t even have a dock yet.

This place absolutely sucks. They take a minimum of five hours. Also, the loaders don’t know what they’re doing so make sure you check he loaded a bunch of doubles heavy pallets I had to come all the way back here 20 miles to get reloaded, and they told me they won’t be able to reload me until morning. Keep in mind I already waited five hours here. The guy I spoke to ask like it’s no big deal like this happens all the time when I just teacher loaders or just ask the drivers how they want it loaded if we get cart over weight on the road we get cited and we have to pay those fees. I can guarantee you I won’t be coming back here again treehouse or whatever it’s called.

DO NOT LOAD HERE!!!! We have had 2 trucks load here in the last two months and both trucks took 10-14 hours to load. If I could give it no stars I would. Repeat DO NOT LOAD HERE!!!!
