They are 5 months behind on updating the credit bureaus with my credit card balance and on time payments. My balance shows to be $9,000 and it's really $3,000. This is what you get from a small credit union, feels like they really don't give a crap. Stay away.

The young man (teller) is always patient and kind and very helpful. The loan ladies are extremely slow and the few times I’ve been to the branch, they do not seem very helpful when the line is extremely long. This young man should be commended for carrying the weight and exceeding customer expectations. Phenomenal teller!

If I could good give zero starts I would! Holding a 4,300 auto warranty refund check for weeks. Zero communication, unprofessional and extremely annoying. The only reason I had this account is I bought a car and this was the dealer financing. Very fly by night operation and I'd never bank with them for any personal banking. All I want is my money to take to my bank! This is my second review of many and Google review is next! Get it together and acknowledge the fact you guys are hated and your business has terrible reviews!

I've been a resource one credit union member for over 20 years and take it from me you do not want to do business with this institution. Over the years I have had issues with my savings account & numerous car loans. They manage to screw up everything they touch. My current loan with them will be paid off in a few months and I'll be closing my account for good. They hit me with $25 in fees for returned statements because my address changed. $25? Really? For returned statements? They lost a car title, they mailed another car title to an address in another state that I never lived at or even heard of. Customer service is slow and lacking in service. Oh and if you are reading this R1CU please change your hold recordings. All it does is highlight your predatory lending products. Listening to it for 20 minutes made me want to smash my head with a rock. Not to mention they keep closing locations.

For some reason I cant go into the lobby as it is always closed. So the drive thru takes so long! I sat for 30 minutes waiting. This bank shares with my AA credit union but it is so slow.

This place is awful. They are closing lobbies, which means I have to drive 30 min. for anything beyond a simple transaction. If you call in to customer service, wait times are 60-90 minutes. The online chat function doesn't work half the time. My debit card expires in 10 days and I haven't received a replacement yet. They are slow, inconvenient, and I'm honestly not sure how they stay in business with being so hard to work with. I am switching to a different credit union today and would advise anyone considering this place to run the other way.

If I could give a negative score I would. I have a car loan and credit card. I've had it for over 7 months. I got a cashiers check from my credit union to pay off my credit card balance and they put a 9 business day hold on it. This is the 2nd time. The customer service is the worse I've ever encountered and I've never called in and waited less than 1.5 hours. I HATE THIS CREDIT UNION AND WILL REFINANCE AND CLOSE ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS.
