Amazing workmanship. Thad and his associate worked on preparing the wood pieces, the feet, that had come off of my dining room set years ago. This set is over 100 years old. It was a great experience watching them work. I highly recommend RestorationPlus.

We had an antique dining table broken by movers - we opted to pay for the repairs ourselves instead of using the repair service the movers would pay for. We were so impressed with the responsiveness, follow-up, follow-through AND the beautiful repair and restoration. The wooden pedestal of the table was broken into several pieces, and now it is better than it was prior to the move. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!!! One of our beautiful living room leather chairs needed repair. We called Restoration Plus based on all the great reviews for their services. They came and picked up the chair and let us know the time frame within which we could expect the repair work to be finished and the chair returned to us. To our delight, they were able to finish the work more quickly than anticipated and returned it to us days earlier than expected. The quality of the repair work was exceptional, and the men who brought the chair back were very articulate about showing us what had needed to be done. We are very pleased with this company and will used them again when needed.

Feel so fortunate to have found Cheryl and Thad at Restoration Plus. Cheryl was very professional and organized on the phone, setting up our appointment and following through with reminders. Thad did an amazing job on our tall case clock that received some minor damage in a recent move. In fact, he did such an amazing job that you cannot even tell where he touched up or repaired. On top of his incredibly fine and meticulous work the charge was so reasonable, and we were so pleased, we added a $100 tip. Friendly, expert service at more than fair prices! We highly recommend Restoration Plus.

Highly recommend!!! The top of our mahogany China cabinet fell over during our move process, cracking in several places with glass shattered and front doors broken in several areas. I feared it was unrepairable; however, Restoration Plus assured me they could fix it. They just delivered it and it is like brand new, actually better than brand new because they added some reinforcements!

During our move from California to Dallas this year, we suffered broken items. Anxious and extremely irritated with the moving company, we sought out companies who did professional repair of antique furniture. We cannot express the joy of having found this marvelous couple and their company, Restoration Plus. Having been exasperated by another restoration company, we searched and found this gem in Carrolton. It was a bit further out from where we live in East Dallas, but boy, was it worth the drive. We called ahead and made an appointment with a delightful woman named Cheryl. We brought two personally valuable and important pieces of wooden furniture to be inspected and to see if they could be repaired. And NOT just a 'glued together and painted' repair, but, a restoration repair. We also dropped off a brass 'valet' that we hoped could also be repaired. Cheryl told us she would look into its repair as well. We met and discussed our need with Cheryl and we completely satisfied that our items would be restored and restored professionally. We were given an extremely fair estimate of time and costs and turned our items over to Cheryl and her husband, Thad, for repair. We received a call today from Cheryl informing us that the items were ready for pickup. They did an amazing job on all items!! You would be hard-pressed to find where the damaged had occurred...and even then you may be wrong. Please see the photos attached. To say we were both overwhelmed and pleased by their precise work would certainly be an understatement. I implore anyone seeking professional restoration to contact these warm, honest, and very skilled restoration professionals. Thank You, Cheryl and Thad!!

My couch cushion was ripped and I wanted it to last a few more years while I pay off some debt. I solicited 5 quotes. Three people responded that they couldn't or wouldn't do that type of repair.Another company wanted me to bring them the cushion AND wanted me to contact the original furniture store to get the fabric because they couldn't match it (and they wanted to charge me DOUBLE). Cheryl and her team came and picked up the cushion, repaired it using fabric from the "hidden sides" of the cushion (but patched that area with a comparable color) and was really reasonably priced. I highly recommend their professionalism and good work!!! I would've given 5 stars but I did feel 2 weeks was a little long to be without my couch cushion. I should've asked about time frames ; but the work was superb!!!!!

The reason why everyone gives this company 5 stars is because they deserve it!! Thad and Cheryl, and their team are excellent, and make everything very simple! They care about people and do exactly as they say they will do. I was quoted based on the pictures taken with my phone of my roll top desk, which was damaged due to the movers , and when the work ended up easier than expected, the charged amount was lowered! You will be dealing with real professionals with Restoration Plus! Thank you so very much!!

Excellent Customer Service. Owner contacted me immediately to inquire about scope of work. The cost and date were established for pick up and return delivery of the piece to be refinished, and the driver picked up the table promptly. The work is still in process. I am very pleased so far with my connection to Restoration Plus.
