zero stars! No customer service - Unable to manage your own dashboard to update voicemails and recordings. Inconsistent training with Reps, often have to research and call you back to assist in the most minimal way.

Rimrock is a complete scam business, they get you to finance your equipment, and 5 years of your phone and internet bills through newlane, they take an upfront payment from newlane for all of that money and run with it. Get a lawyer, start a class action suit, oh, also, they own your phone numbers now, they won’t let you port them either since you can’t get ahold of them to get the required account information. On newlane’s side all they see is that you’ve taken out a loan, they are trained not to care what the loan is for, so if you call them they will be rude to you about all of this claiming that they aren’t responsible for what the money is being used for.

I posted the following review a few months ago. Has anyone filed a class action lawsuit against Rimrock yet?
My employer in Tulsa, Oklahoma (Sewell & Taylor PLLC) has experienced the same problems. After weeks of very staticky or non-existent phone service and no internet and no response from Rimrock, we had to pay COX directly for our internet that Rimrock had not been paying. Cox had not received a payment for our service since September, although they did receive 2 Rimrock checks during that time that bounced. We are in the process of switching our phones (thankfully we still had our original phones that were installed in 1999 which we have gone back to) and paying our internet directly to Cox - but it is a process and we're hoping we have jumped through all the hoops with Cox. But, we're receiving past due notices from NewLane. If anyone has received a solution from NewLane in resolving this problem, please let us know!

This is a horrible company , I feel this is a scam , no customer service , no human to help. ! This has messed up our phone services . we had to hire outside tech group to fix phone service. Company still bills us ! I have not had anyone call or help in 4 months. Disgruntled customer !!!

Con artists. They sell a good lie. We pay them, then they don't pay our ISP. Actually sent out an email recently stating that they were sorry, but they could not cover the monthly service charge bills anymore due to unforeseen financial troubles....and explained that we can call the ISP and pay on the account for our business that is in their name. The best part? They still draft my checking account each month like clockwork, even though they aren't fulfilling their end of our contract. Now I am trying to switch back to doing business directly with Cox Communications again and Cox needs my Rimrock account number so they can port my business numbers back to their system, these are numbers my business has had since we opened 22 YEARS AGO. The issue? I called Rimrock's offices 3-4 times each week and emailed them just as often for 2 weeks and didn't get any answer until this morning. Guy answers the phone, all kinds of TV noise and babies crying in the background. I explain to him that I need my Rimrock account number "for my bookkeeper, who needs it for tax filing purposes". He tells me that the email address I've been sending emails to is no longer a valid email address (though, still on their website) and gives me a new email address to send the request to, and it would be handled in a few hours. A few hours passed, no email..... probably won't ever get a response.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I've seen some pretty terrible business practices, but what Rimrock is doing is downright theft.
There is no way Rimrock won't end up in court over their practices, and I can't wait to watch them squirm.

Installation Service was Great, but the Support Teams, Billing Department, Customer Service has a lot to be desired. I have called with Not Response, and we are still having Technical Problems.

Hookup was done by a guy who showed up not knowing what he was there to do. He was clearly living and working out of his car. Got warning bells, but the hope was that we’d save about 3k a year. We went with their service to save money.
We paid them and then they paid Cox… Except they didn’t, they stopped paying Cox (unbeknownst to us) and Cox turned off our phones and internet due to non-payment—many thousands owed, which we paid to them (Rimrock) but did not go to Cox. This will probably wind up in court.

Very disappointed... set up was great but the tech who came out stopped working there shortly after, we have been miserable. We are still waiting on someone to set up new lines, their emails bounce back as undeliverable and trying to contact the physical company has gone without answer..... this company feels like a scam.

cannot get responses from RimRock, we are on the hook for the bill that was wrapped into a lease. RimRock is NOT paying bill. We are having to pay for lease and our bills. DO NOT USE!
Would zero star if possible.

Horrible service if i can give them 0 starts i would. they don't pick the phone calls and i been trying to reach out to them over a month by email, phone you name it. we're losing business because of them.

we had to pay COX directly for our internet that Rimrock had not been paying. Cox had not received a payment for our servirce for the last 4 months we are looking to take leagl action.
