My non-warranty Epson 6040UB projector died. As I was shopping for a replacement a local AV Retailer suggested I consider taking the unit to RO for evaluation. I considered this previously but the diagnostic charges including shipping from vendors I contacted were excessive for an unknown problem. On Wednesday I dropped off the projector. Within 48 hours I had an estimated cost to repair. After agreeing to the repair on a Friday morning I get a call on Tuesday that the unit is repaired including calibration to Factory Specifications all at a reasonable price. Impressive results, period.

RO company is a little tough to find as I35 is being expanded in front of them.They were very courteous and explained the procedure to fix my projector, the cost, and how long it would likely take. I left happyA week later RO Company informed that due to new issues that arose after Covid, there could be upwards to a month wait on the main board. I decided to wait for the board to come in. Fortunately it took much less time. RO company called to let me know the projector was ready and the cost of repair was about 50% lower than expected!Pick up was a breeze and the projector image looks wonderful. A real pleasure working with an honest company. They could have told me it cost the original estimate and I would have paid. Great service, great people. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend R. O.--A total 100% good experience. The lady who greets you (Kathleen) was a real pleasure, & a joy to talk to- (as a matter of fact I was trying to figure out a way to introduce her to my son !!! LOL). Oh well !!! And a gentleman from the back (a tech man I am sure), came out both times I was there, to speak to me--once to answer a question I had mentioned to Kathleen, that he overheard & the second time to crack a joke. And lastly, the charge for service was very fair. If you take your printer anywhere else for service, you are making a mistake,,,,,A++++++++++++++ Nick Athas

Took Epson projector in for repair - the team diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and got everything working fast. Price was more than fair and communication great! Highly recommend.

So I honestly, I'm the kind of person that never writes reviews. When a company provides an experience so great that I take the time to hunt down their google page..Well, it truly deserves a solid 5 stars. In a time when parts and printers are almost impossible to buy, they fixed 5 of our printers in just a few days. Not only that, but their price was extremely reasonable. If you work in restaurant technology and have broken kitchen printers, this is EASILY the best place in Dallas. They will have them back, repaired, and in your store before Epson even responds to tell you that don't have printers in stock.

My Epson Artisan had completely died and I thought it would make a good door stop but called the RO Company and they thought they could save it. Not only did they save it, they did it in less than 24 hours. I was totally shocked and delighted and then they told me the cost ... less than $100! Now I was even more shocked and even more delighted. Rare to find companies that under promises and over delivers these days but the RO Company does just that. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would. Run, don't walk to get your doorstop fixed today! Their front office person, Kathleen, is the most delightful person I've dealt with in a while. The owner charged me $20 to plug in the printer, push the power button, and proceed to tell me there’s nothing he can do. The printer produced an error it never had before and I suggested they might have caused it. The owner thought it would be appropriate to LAUGH at me from such a suggestion. I will NEVER suggest this company for ANY service again.

Saved me $500 that I would have paid to replace my HP 8600 printer. I bought the best with the intention of it lasting. After 7 years, it started to mess up. Took it to Bob and within 3 days he had it working like new. Totally worth the labor fee. Didn't even need parts and he gave me print outs to show my printer was in top shape. Thank so much.

Great company to work with. Bob is a great guy and very friendly. He managed to get my unit replaced under warranty. He works with Epson all the time. The offices are hard to find but I called him and he guided me in. I would definitely recommend them for your repairs. Honest, friendly, value.

Best repair shop I’ve ever been to! Honest and hard working. Quick turnaround and very transparent about pricing and how much you’ll pay. Shop isn’t sleek like the big box stores but it doesn’t matter because everyone who works there are the kindest people, and super thorough too.
