It’s been 6 years since I have had to put my dog down here & I have debated writing this review all 6 years. But waking up from my millionth nightmare about her dying yet another different but extremely horrific way, I decided it’s time to say something. This isn’t 1 star as the staff seems nice, the vet seems nice, & I feel bad even leaving this review because they all are nice. But for about 3 months prior to the passing of my dog I took her here over & over & over again due to chronic diarrhea/loss of ability to control her bowel movements. Each time they could find nothing wrong & just prescribed steroids which did nothing. After doing my own research I finally found some special organic dog food that helped for awhile. The week I had to put her down though it came back, but this time she also had trouble breathing. They did an x-ray and said that there was a growth near her lungs & maybe she had cancer. Not knowing for sure when I was taking her in almost weekly & a quick Google search reveals that one of the symptoms of cancer can be diarrhea - this is massive oversight. I probably also have these nightmares due to guilt from not trying another vet. But they were rated so high that I didn’t think I’d find anyone else who could help. I still wonder to this day if, had we known it was cancer, if there might have been a solution that would’ve given her relief from the diarrhea faster & maybe even prolonged her life for a little bit longer, or it at least would’ve meant that my brain would’ve had the closure it needed to not create all these horrific nightmares for the rest of my life. She’s now died in my dreams about 100 different ways.

Dr. Binford and his staff are the best! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always smiling and cheerful! They are very knowledgeable and always answer any questions you may have at any time! Even when you call and ask a question, they're always very willing to answer you and not bothered at all! Dr. Binford is very thorough and does not prescribe unnecessary medication or do unnecessary tests their prices are extremely reasonable. The entire staff is very professional and very likable!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their patients. It feels like a second home for my pup.
A special shoutout to Terry, who is absolutely amazing. Her dedication and compassion are unmatched. She made my puppy feel so comfortable and loved. Dr. Binford is also phenomenal. His expertise and thoroughness are refreshing. Unlike other vets who seemed quick to prescribe medication, Dr. Binford focuses on finding the root of the problem. He's patient, knowledgeable, and never makes me feel judged.
I've been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Binford for months due to high demand, which speaks volumes about his reputation. I'm so grateful we finally got in! This is the best veterinary care I've found. Dr. Binford clearly cares more about the health of his patients than making money. He doesn't recommend unnecessary treatments or tests, and his prices are fair.

They muzzled my dog to inspect her - this made me question their understanding of dogs (my dog has no demeanor that would suggest aggression). They handled her poorly, making her nervous and the trip unpleasant. Staff didn't get information on her chart right so we had to explain several times the issue. Then the front desk messed up payment where we had to come back another day to pay again.
I would not recommend because there are too many other great, caring vet options available within the same price point.

Helped make my Cali not suffer more pain. I had to let Cali be put down after 14 years with her it was painful. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Definitely appreciate and recommend. Thank you very much.

Rosemeade Veterinary Clinic takes great care of our dogs. Our pets have been patients there since 2015, and my childhood pets were patients there in the late 90s/early 2000s. They can usually fit us in quickly and see patients on Saturdays which is so nice. The staff is wonderful.

Dr Binford and his staff are all top notch. We've taken our dogs here for the last 8 years. Dr Binford is a great listener, does only what he thinks is right for each animal, doesn't charge for anything unnecessary, and is very understanding. We recently just put our last dog to sleep and we hope Dr Binford will continue to care for any future animals we adopt.

Have taken my dogs here for routine care and illness treatment and always found Dr and staff friendly and courteous and very cooperative. I recommend this clinic and staff without any hesitation. Thanks one and all.

Love this place. The techs love your animal. The doctor has been practicing for years, very knowledgeable. Not commercialized like other places.

Dr. Binford is one of th kindest, nicest and honest people, let alone vet. I'd travel hundreds of miles to go to him, but luckily I live close!

So happy I was referred to them! The Dr and his staff here have always been amazing with my cat, and their customer service has always been top notch as well. Thank you, rosemeade vet clinic, for always loving my furbaby!!❤️
