In all 20+ years of shopping at Ross (I even worked at Ross at one point), never have I been stopped on the way out and asked for my receipt right after checking out and without any alarms going off. So embarrassing.

Today I had a horrible experience with the man at the door who asked for the ticket before leaving. The guard asked me for the ticket, and I gave it to him. After I opened my bag I opened it after taking out the things I felt so humiliated I told him every time that the ball was transparent that he could see through it... he is looking at me that I am only paying for 3 things for which they have to deal bad for the clients, that doesn't seem to me. Just by the way, it raises my voice….

This location has plenty of clothing items if that is what you are shopping for. It's a bit of a treasure hunt to find anything in It's proper location and you can plan on standing in line for about 15 minutes as they typically only have 1 or 2 cashiers.

Absolutly will never be returning here. Store in a complete disarray, one person processing transactions and returns/exchanges. Stood in line for over 10 minutes. An absolute hot garbage experience.

Their prices are cheap. Clothes aren't the best quality but good enough for what I'm paying. Handbags are quality and prices fairly reasonable.

Manager or what it looked like a manager with keys on her neck standing at the front with the security guy refused to help an elder women because the chair didn’t fit in her cart. Women shouting “who is going to help you carry it to the car!?” The elderly women suggested her to assist her for the employe/manager to shout back “we don’t do that here. No we don’t do that” i mean, talk about customer service.
They were busy? No, the security male could of assisted the elderly person. Like a gentlemen but the free time and gossip was much more fun. Ridiculous

They have some amazing things in this store. They have faux fur rabbit skin rugs that are softer than real rabbit fur. Unbelieveablely awesome. I'm definitely shopping more at this Ross

Ross stores are pretty much the same in every town. I was greeted warmly by a security guard It is important to have extra time in thirds stores to find the best deals. Staff working throughout were not friendly and kept to themselves. A security tag on some shoes was ringing loudly (it was quite obnoxious) and all of the employees walked right past it. I didn't quite understand it. I was able to find some bargains and checkout was quick.
