A couple weeks back I had the absolute worst experience in this Sally’s ever. Mind you I have been a loyal customer for years now. I had made a purchase and one of the tubes of hair color was damaged so I went in to exchange it less that 15 min after I bought it. I know the return exchange policy so I knew that I was eligible for an even exchange/replacement. The cashier then told me that she had to charge me for a new one and I explained the policy to her and told her never mind I’m just going to call customer service to help me or to verify the policy I also showed her the receipt because it’s stated on there. When I said that she all of a sudden was able to assist me and had an attitude about it. She exchanged me the wrong color so when I did my mother in laws hair it came out not as expected. I then Went in a second time to Return everything and the same cashier denied my return I then told her the same thing about the policy And she caught an attitude with me and refused to assist me. So I contacted customer support again while I was there. And let the representative with customer support hear the whole situation with the cashier. The customer support representative then had to reach out to the store cashier to explain policy to them then they also had to reach out to the district manager, whose name was Michael who, finally after about an hour, hour and a half, then decided to issue me a refund and also told me that I could never do an exchange or refund there again that, that would be the last time mind you the representative on the phone explained to me that if it ever happened again, I was able to do a return or an exchange or a refund either or that I was given incorrect information from the cashier and district manager. At the end of the transaction when I was finally refunded the cashier refused to give me my receipt and told me that I had to take a picture of it. I still had the representative on the phone and he then told me that I was entitled to my receipt and that she couldn’t do that to me. The experience that I had there was ridiculous. I had to go all the way into another city just to visit a Sally’s that was going to assist me properly. The cashiers also caused a seen in the store and were saying smart comments and laughing because they didn’t want to help me all while doing this in front of customers. This was very unprofessional. I’m glad the stores have cameras because I would like this whole experience reviewed by corporate.

The best service I ever got from a retail store! She helped me find the perfect color and I changed my mind a million times. I wish I knew her name but she had pink hair and was working on Sunday. Thank you!!

Lilia at the Carrollton location was one of the sweetest employees I’ve ever had at Sally’s. She was super kind and helped me find the right products i needed and quick. I’ll definitely come back to this location. Thanks Lilia!

Just came here to get a comb extension for our beloved flatiron. One lady was pretty nice, but mom only got her because the other associate dithered and refused to serve her, then walked off after speaking in Spanish to her coworkers. Based on similar reviews from others, I’m guessing this is Veronica? Whoever it is, she needs to be retrained.

Every time I come to this store Yolanda and her coworkers are always ready to help with a smile on their faces. They even have a virtual assistant to get help if you need a professional opinion. Thank you! You really don’t see customer service like this anymore.

I came here today to buy some hair dye so I found what I needed very quickly. As my group waited for the cashier, Veronica, to finish tending to 2 other customers, it became more and more clear that she didn't want us there. She began to talk about my group to the other customers, clearly having assumed that we don't speak Spanish because of our race. At one point she told the other customers (I'm translating, of course) "Let me go ahead and tend to these ones because if I don't they're going to start screaming!" in an exasperated tone. We had literally just been sitting & standing there quietly playing with the child we were with! She returned to the counter with attitude and stared at me like I'm some type of freak afterwards, not sure if due to my physical disability (ventilator & wheelchair) or my race.The other employee there was actually nice (I didn't get her name but she's pretty young) but unfortunately it was Veronica who checked us out.I will not be returning to this store.

I love this location! I am always greeted when I enter...I am always asked if I need assistance with anything and if I do, they are so helpful and courteous. Also, I can always expect a great little conversation at checkout!? love this location ?
