My 1996 JDM Honda CR-V needed new front bearings and hubs. The hubs needed to be custom made so I made the 400+ mile drive to SCW Performance. They also replaced my lower front ball joints, drained and filled my rear differential, inspected my timing belt, and adjusted my rear brakes. In addition, they installed a new Pioneer radio and replaced the cabin air filter which is a very annoying and time consuming process due to how many parts you have to take off the dash to even access it. I absolute love the new Pioneer radio! It looks like it came from the factory. Luigi did an awesome job installing it!
My vehicle took longer to complete than expected and communication could have been a little better at times, but it was definitely worth the wait because Luigi and Jeremy are honest, professional, and did a great job repairing my vehicle. They also have very fair prices for parts and labor. It appears they took the time to do things right the first time around which I sincerely appreciate. They even detailed my dash and front door panels. I highly recommend SCW Performance and will definitely use them again in the future.

I responded we are the second largest state in the US. I wouldn't have reached out on Facebook if he was in Alaska.
The owner blocked me.
I would not do business with an owner with this kind of attitude

Ordered a set of front CV Axles for a RHD JDM CRV. They worked Perfectly. The gentleman i spoke to was very helpful and informative. Will definitely be doing business with these fine folks again!

Great experience with SCW. Helped me find the exact car I wanted and stored it in Japan for 8 months till it was legal. I received 20+ detailed pictures when they got the car. Once it was in America at their shop they went over the car and told me of any potential issues which was almost nothing. I was able to see the car on a lift as they pointed out the numerous positive points. It was everything a grade 4 auction car should be! They were able to install new battery and tires and change all fluids. They cleaned the inside and did extensive polishing and ceramic coating to bring it back to showroom quality. I stopped by their shop multiple times throughout the process. Jeremy and Luigi were always friendly and took time to make me feel welcome and talk about cars. I highly recommend SCW Performance! The entire staff went above and beyond. I’ll be back for performance upgrade soon. Thanks SCW!

Had an awesome experience dealing with Luigi and Jeremy! Very professional, and very knowledgeable. They walked me thru the entire process without a hitch. I got my CRV, and have not looked back on my previous vehicle. I will definitely be purchasing all of my mail delivery vehicles thru them in the future. Thank you, gentleman!

I love these guys!!! I have a 96 integra and she is my baby. Until today i didnt have cold blowing AC.
I had taken my car to a shop before coming here and that shop told me i needed a whole new system and it would cost me upwards of 6k.
In under an hour Luigi has my car blowing cold AC with the root issue clearly identified. An easy $150 and I had an issue i had been dwelling over for months fixed in just under an hour.

So i have ordered a 2008 honda civic SI cold air intake, order was placed on August 8th. I tried reach out to them multiple times after finally i got through to someone who state that they will make some checks and give me a call back. After i tried reach out back but they missed the call so thats when someone return my call telling me it SEEMS as if my package was shipped from the manufacturer. He advise a tracking number will be given on Monday. Monday came and I tried reach out to them once more however i was unable to get through to them any how I received email same day saying that item is not in stock and other options were provided, i refuse what they have to offer and request that a full refund be sent to me. After I sent the email requesting refund no one responded and all calls are going straight to voicemail. I think the very first person i spoke with name starts with L not sure if it’s Louis. I am hoping to hear from them on when my refund will be sent to me by tomorrow if not base on so many bad refuse i might have to get the law involved.

Came here to get some new wheels for my Mazda 3. They didn't have what I wanted in stock, but were able to order them and have them delivered to the store next day; also they were really helpful for finding out what tires and size wheels I needed. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a store that specializes in JDM parts.

I can't knock this company at all Luigi reached out to me through Facebook he also reached out to me over the phone. He has been very informative with the odds and ends of how to purchase an RHD vehicle.
I have not stepped foot in their showroom yet But I can only imagine how one person comes off they're going to get the same reaction back. So again I can't say anything negative about this company so my comments of them while talking with Luigi over the phone was outstanding I haven't met Jeremy or any of the other staff but I will this week. But so far Luigi has been a great person to talk to over the phone he seems extremely honest and doesn't sugar coat anything. So as I leave this review just know my dealings were with Luigi and Luigi alone over the phone. I will leave an additional review once I go look at some RHD Toyota vans by the end of the week. So again I'm not sure about some of these other reviews You can't judge a book by its cover until you actually open it so once I get down there we'll see how things go so far communication between Luigi and I has been great! I don't want to waste their time by going down there and not having a deposit.

During a recent visit to SCW Performance with my young son, we encountered shockingly racist behavior from an individual identified as Jeremy. My son and I were coming from a service at Church of the Way, Jeremy used highly offensive racial slurs directly towards MY 7 YEAR OLD CHILD and demanded we leave the showroom floor immediately. This reprehensible behavior is not only morally wrong but also highlights the unprofessionalism permeating this business.
Such blatant racism has no place in any setting and is especially alarming when directed AT A CHILD. I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by this encounter and advise others to steer clear of SCW Performance.

Was told it would take a couple of days for my part to get here that whey would call me and never did come to see if it was here already and it was close waited other week and then this mf told me to change color bc the one I picked was gonna take 60 days with a bad attitude made me wanna smack him they never call back like they say there goin to my part won’t be here for 60 days and I can’t get my refund back to my account only store credit bc I order something that they had to order that was never gonna get here bc they have no clue when it’s gonna be back in stock now I got 200 store credit and don’t wanna get nothing from them anymore

The rudest people I have ever met. Do not come here for anything. Arrogant and unhelpful. Ignore you when you walk in the store and want to learn about their products. Avoid at all cost!

Wow, very rude on the phone and seems like they don't want to answer any questions at all. From reading other 1 star reviews I see why others have left 1 stars. Well, looks like I'll be buying a JDM car elsewhere.
