Had better service in early years when he was acquiring my business. Then, felt discarded in later years as my premiums crept up and up with zero claims over at least a decade, and I had questions about the huge increases. Sean would not call me to discuss options, although I requested a call multiple times. I looked around and got much more attentive service elsewhere and huge savings too. A shame to have to leave after being a customer for so long, but service and respect are still old fashioned values that are a sign of a good business, in my opinion.

Although we have not had to file a claim yet, thank goodness. The staff at Sean Howey Allstate agency have been great to help answer our questions and address any concerns. Their response time has been good as well.
I find the Allstate app very easy and convenient to use.
Their prices are very competitive.
I feel very comfortable recommending Sean Howey Allstate.

From start to finish they were professional and detailed in their quotes.
They were prompt in answering all my questions. I was SO confident in their services I took out a policy on not only my PRIMARY RESIDENCE but added my 2 RENTAL LANDLORD POLICIES as well.
I had done some research prior to signing and was satisfied knowing I had found the perfect company for my needs.

Do not deal with these people. Kayla will ignore your emails and phone calls, then add fraudulent charges to your account. Allstate will then threaten to send these fraudulent charges to collections.

Terrible customer service by David and his manager Sean..Very rude tone and worst attitude with no respect towards their customers.Would have given a zero rating if we were allowed to. They purposely didn't cancel our policy and refused to give us the full refund back. Would never recommend this agency.

I recently had to update my auto policy. It was easy using the Allstate app. I was also able to reach out o Sean Howey and he ensured that the policy was updated correctly. Hight recommend.
