I purchased my vehicle online and it was very easy and the dealership was very helpful. They offered to take extra photos or video for me to make my decision as smooth as possible.
Since it was a third party delivery service, they had little control over pick up and delivery dates. That was my only concern or issue but I asked for follow ups and they were always helpful.
