If you can come in earlier than your appointment the better so you can atleast get assigned a door sooner …the loading will take some time been here 3hrs already and I came in way early before my appointment but still getting loaded

Got here at 930 to drop load went to dock 33 was in and out by 1015 with full load of lumber for delivery!!!!

Worst place To come if I can rate it 0 stars I would. I been here seen 10am it is know 5pm and still not loaded the person you check in with is rude not just to drivers but to the workers in the warehouse, very unprofessional will never come back here again first and last time

Basically you ll get All day long for be loaded doesn’t matter if your appt is for 6 am or 1 pm anything get all day. STOP!!! Devuelve la carga!! NOT THIS LOAD ….. Se tardar todo el día….Ellos cargan los colchones one by one!!

Horrible place to get loaded arrived at 10:09 a.m and I’m currently still sitting on a dock door trying to get loaded and it’s not 2:26p.m

At Home is the worst at customer satisfaction. I purchased a mattress set, pillows and Bed Comforters totally $1000. Within one month my son's bed sunk in and I've tried numerous times to resolve this problem to no avail. I will never purchase anything else from At Home again. They should change the name of the store to "The Run Around" because that's all I've been getting.

I came in for a pick up a day early, they had me drop my trailer in a dock, and I was on the road 1st thing in the mornin'! A+++++

Their customer service is horrible. They see you and don't even acknowledge you . I had to go up to someone to ask for help.
