I visited this evening bcuz I had 3 of 8 items I purchased on tuesday had some issue that made them useless, so I was hoping that I would be able to exchange them for the same value, if not with exactly what I was bringing to exchange. BOTH Francisco, and the gentleman he was working tonight's shift with ( all apologies 4 not being able to remember his name ) went above & beyond to resolve my issue entirely, which they did successfully & professionally while still keeping me smiling the entire time they were taking care of a problem that I wasn't sure I would be able to resolve to the extent I would leave entirely satisfied with when all was said & done. TY & props for having employees that execute excellent customer service/support. 7 of 5 stars, fior the overall experience & two great sales people that have earned my respect & appreciation. Peace & love.

This is my one and only smoke shop. I pass by three or four different shops just to get to this one because this staff isn’t like the other shops where they pressure you to buy stuff that you don’t even need. The owner and the staff are some of the nicest people in the world which is the main reason I go back every single time.

Francisco was so helpful. I've had neck & throat cancer I've been looking for more homeopathic resolve where dealing with pain is concerned. Because of Fransisco's recommendations, I'm no longer needing to deal with my pain related issues with pharmaceuticals like morphine or hydrocodone. TY Fransisco & Smoke n Peace!

My favorite smoke shop by far. These are some of the coolest guys I have ever met. Me and my roommate go here so much that they know exactly what we want before we hit the counter lol. Customer service is excellent, couldn’t ask for a better neighborhood smoke shop

Very knowlegable crew. Each time I go in there. CBD products to smokers products. Always friendly, like we've seen each other a thousand times before.Wide selection. This is not your average place. Ive been to many and this one hands down is top notch.Sometimes I just walk around and admire the crazy sauce artwork on some of the things in there.In and out or hang out & explore.Do not go across the street, that place is a hot mess express. IMO

Great group of guys that work here. Very knowledgeable about what you're looking for. Very friendly and hospitable. If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll try and order it or find it for you. The owner is also a really good guy, and his dog is friendly and cool, too.
