I came in on my birthday to get harassed by a tall white watching me like a hawk because he was assume that I am under age with my sister . This men lied to me about my sister have to come back in the store to show her id remind you she been left the store . I wasn’t finna argue with somebody who was watching like I was going to steal something . So if everyone that come in there have to show their id in order to sell you alcohol why would you sell alcohol to my mama when my sister was with her and you didn’t ask for her Id back then . So please make sure u information and checking everyone id not just when you feel like it or feel like somebody is young !! Teach your employees to not lie

Been coming to this location for years, since it opened. Yeah, I drive past several other stores to get there but this is my store. Lawerence is always ready to help. He’s super informative on wines and has never ever steered me wrong. Lawerence knows away around the bourbons too.
I’ve been there when Lawerence isn’t there, the team is always friendly and attentive. The Team at the West Plano location is also strong. But Lawerence is my “go to”
And for Good Grief’s Sake, I can’t stand Total Wine…

I’ll never come back to this store. 3rd time I’ve come in this exact store looking for something that they say is available online(Buffalo Trace) but when you get in the store they claim they don’t have it…then they offer you something else(Wellers) but you have to “sign up” for it…I’m just trying to get a bottle of whiskey…shits ridiculous. Literally just left this store a few minutes ago. Never again.

Leaving this review as an FYI. This store employees hold allocated bourbon bottles behind the counter floor or office for their prefferential customers/friends. Saw the trailer delivered allocations and they told me they didn't received nothing.

The Indian guy tried to rip my phone out my hand to see the order I was picking up for my customer (doordash) then started yelling "WHERES YOUR ID"
I'm leaving this review because this guy really irritated me and I'll never be a customer here from how he treated me
