I’ve been going here for my oil change and inspection since moving to the area 3 years ago and I wanted to commend the shop and workers here. They’re always attentive and actively listens to you. They’re super friendly and will hear you out regarding to your car problems and give you options on how to move forward in addressing said issues. The service is fast too and they take time thoroughly explaining so you don’t dawdle with time guessing. Overall best place I’ve been to and a reason why I keep coming back here since settling down in the area

I've been here for a few oil changes and a battery replacement. They replaced my battery yesterday for no extra charge because it was still under warranty. I have never had a bad experience and I would recommend anyone to go here if you want an inspection or an oil change. The staff and mechanics are very knowledgeable and helpful!

Ask for Ernie because It is hard to to find a good honest mechanic. I found Ernie at a shop about 3 minutes from my house in Frisco. I have known him a few years now and he has always taken care of me. I drive at least 30 minutes both ways to go to his shop now because I trust him that much. AJ is cool and the main mechanic Marty has been there I think 21 years.

Had transmission serviced here, all of a sudden transmission was giving me problems. Went back to just ask about it and immediately got the “well it’s not our fault”.
No one said it was but clearly the behavior you have as I ask says otherwise. Be careful when you bring your car here. The guy that does oil changes also always says you need other things done when you don’t. Went to my mechanic after getting something else serviced here and spending $560 the mechanic said it was completely unnecessary to do it. Scammers.

I had a fabulous experience...first I always fret over the cost of oil change so that's my first question, answer $94 which is lower than the dealership but still high for me , the mgr. gave me a coupon ultimate cost $79 at that point I'm happy . From arrival to departure is less than 30 minutes how amazing is that ! Great job SpeedDee oil change thank you so much for helping me a single female with the whole process.

Well, the oil change on the website was far from anything I experienced! They didn't do things like check things like tires, wash windows, reset oil light, top off fluids... nothing but an oil change and bye! They didn't ask me what kind of oil I wanted or even told me how much it was going to be! Crazy.
Also, the place was a complete, dirty, unkept, mess. That tells me a lot. If they can't keep thier place presentable and show they care about the customer experience, it's because they don't! 2 thumbs down.

I came when it first opened. I was in and out and the tech was really nice. Affordable oil change! I will be back. I didn’t like the fact they didn’t put a new sticker on my windshield, and they didn’t vacuum it out
