took my Ferrari California there to get my radio replaced with a Kenwood after getting a good recommendation from another owner of a Ferrari. Excellent work! No scratches. car was returned good as new. fair price . Kept my factory bezel for the new radio. I totally recommend them and matthew there!

Really good audio shop Alan took good care of me giving me prices and information on products I was interested in. This is more of a high-end shop they had an Aston Martin inside and a Ferrari. A really nice and clean shop, they also had Apple TV in the waiting area. They use more top quality high-end products and provide quality install and service. Jim was installing my alarm system on my 94 bronco and did a great job, he worked on the truck till 9 o’clock at night when they close at six, so thank you Jim! Pricing is fair a bit on the higher end but I’m willing to pay for quality installation and service. Overall very happy with my experience, I highly recommend this shop.

So glad I came to Steele Shop! Joe and the team at Steele Shop helped me with some audio issues I’ve been having with my Audi.They solved a parasitic drain I was having with a previous shop’s (no longer in business) amp install and quite possibly saved the electrical system in my car. No more battery drain, no more feedback through the speakers when the car is off and no more piercing sound wave and pop through the speakers when turning the car on.We also installed a Bluetooth module to my factory headunit and installed some dynaudio esotec components in the doors.Allan then downloaded the necessary drivers to launch the dsp suite for brand amplifier they do not carry and ensured my levels were set to a safe level as to not damage my new speakers. Throughout the entire process I was kept up to date via text/phone call.It’s clear Steele Shop treats the customer and customer experience as a top priority. Allan provides top notch customer service and the team went above and beyond in communication and quality of work. The process truly felt collaborative as the guys worked to ensure I had the best experience ever with a car audio shop.Joe even met me there on a Saturday morning to pay for and pick up my car when I couldn’t make it in on Friday.5 stars all the way! I will definitely be returning for my sub install and my future car audio needs. Thank you Steele Shop!

We had an awesome experience with Steele Shop! Matthew is super knowledgeable about everything in the audio world. We got a new system for Jeep JK (new front and rear speakers, sub, 7" screen, reverse cam, 2 amps) - and got the Jeep back in a day!

Gone to this team for LONG time now. Again got radars put in two different cars, both completed in 18 hours each. They are fast, efficient, and communicate well. Hoping to get back in for some paint protection soon!
