I would advise against renting a storage here. My unit is infested with rats. I mean tons of rats. They don't seem to be concerned with containing them .
Also, the staff here is extremely rude. I just got my storage a couple days ago. I was approached by an employee this morning who demanded to know why I was on property and told me I had to l "get the **** off property immediately. " Because it was past access hours.
I requested 24 hour access as I was on a tight deadline and I was just trying to get moved in. They refused to give me temporary 24 hour access so I was forced to block the gate with a piece of luggage to keep it from closing.
I finally got moved in and now they are throwing me out. totally unprofessional.
Additionally, I was accused of defecating on property, stealing locks from other units, and causing damage to the inside of a storage unit amongst other things.
My advise would be to take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of Self-storage facilities to choose from .
Stay away from this place.

Sara's customer service is unmatched. I rent at different Public Storage locations because I like the service but this location on Keller Springs really stands out. Thank you for making our move very easy, Sara.

I’m giving 2 stars to be a NICE. Probably deserves one. They don’t “keep keys” so when my movers gave them keys , they didn’t hold them at all and didn’t even let me know so I had to call a locksmith which costed me $125. And when moving my stuff out I asked for help moving a couch they with an attitude just said no. They don’t have vans or any assistance whatsoever . The people at the desk are barely there and it’s difficult to reach people with the phone line. Overall bad experience .
