This place just robbed me and refused to give me my money back out right stole from me. I had a coupon and she didn't use it and charged me in full highway robbery. Don't ever go there I'm taking pictures of everything. I'm trying to figure out how I add attachment on here so I can show what I'm talking about.. she also told me that these little bitty sandwiches were 12 inches and I knew better but she insisted that they were. Oh my goodness never go there. Never never really really bad experience and they're going to use a language barrier as the excuse. I don't know what happened to the days of warning your customers to continuously come back to your establishment. Wow! If I wouldn't have experienced this I would have never believed it.

I ordered in my subway app and 20 mins it says my order is ready, but when I went to this location, the lady did not even prepared it and taking long time. She is not even responding properly.

Have gone a couple times and seem to always have the same problem , I order pick up and let them know as soon as I hit the line ( sandwiches are never on the rack ) so I have to wait for everyone to prep they’re sandwich before I get my pre ordered one and it’s always just sitting Behind them. Was told today to go to register just to let everyone still pay before me , even people who were behind me in the line so then what’s the point of pre ordering ?

First off, they took like 3 minutes to come out of the back to take our order, they kinda had an attitude, and worst of all when I got a water cup and filled it with water THEY WAS INSECTS IN MY WATER and I saw it sipped anyway trying to avoid drinking from that side but one still got in my mouth and I had to spit it out. Save your self and go to the other closest subway in Addison this place SUCKS.

If I could give 0 I would. The picture speaks for itself. For a $10 steak & cheese… you couldn’t even tell it was a steak and cheese because there’s NO STEAK.. can’t even believe it was served.

Horrible experience! The guy who took my order didn't know what toppings my sandwich comes with, manager got an attitude with me because I asked a simple question about a coupon and she didn't understand my question and the worker at the register over charged me even though I gave her a coupon to top it off phone lines don't work to try to resolve issue!

Honestly i Like Subway but this specific Store is the worst!!Food looks like it’s been stepped on every time i order from this store!Always late,messy,dirty and just looks and tastes awful!!I do like Subway when i eat it somewhere else just to be clear.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Placed a mobile order and it’s missing cheese and has a total if 3 slices of meat and missing half the veggies. Mistakes happen, i get it. But this is the second time in a row this exact scenario has happened. How do you forget cheese on a subway sandwich two separate times?

Horrible. Our bread was burnt and I mean BLACK and we wrote the restaurant about it and they definitely did not care or respond. Horrible food quality, customer service and it's expensive as hell now. Won't be returning.

I placed an online order and once the app said my order was ready I headed to pickup my curbside order. No one answered the phone, so I went inside the store. There were three customers that arrived after I did and I asked for my order, but it hadn’t been made. I had to wait for the three customers to be waited on before my order was prepared. I asked one of the two young ladies why did I get notification of my order being ready and she said it’s auto generated?. I also asked for the store # and she didn’t know it.Parking: No curbside pickup locations marked

Such a heart racing effect. An African and a Mexican for employees. Either understood my English -ghetto down South hollering because they didn't understand. I don't speak Spanish nor African languages, so I felt like talking to my boys. They high, I'm mad and my last son starving. What an experience, but my food orders was correct and fresh.

They cannot assemble sandwiches as ordered, lie about coupons, take your money without returning it if you try to cancel an order. It would appear everyone from the manager on down cannot speak English once there is a problem.
