My experience with Sylvan Learning Center was disappointing, more so on the financial side. I received a loan for a certain amount, we used maybe 1/3 but I was being billed for the entirety. On top of that, I was told I would be getting money back which never happened. Trying to get this matter resolved has been a battle. The bank says contact your learning center, and the learning center says contact the bank. At this point legal action is going to be the only way this matter will get resolved. Again! This is just my experience.

We have had a great experience with weekly Sylvan tutoring for our daughter starting in Kindergarten and now continuing as a 1st grader. Her reading has greatly improved with Ms. Alisha’s assistance and the Sylvan staff are thorough, communicative, and professional.

I have let my Son at Sylvan from 2023..! We’ve been very pleased..! Schedule’ s very flexible..! The staffs are nice..! The very important thing is My son has been improving with his English.., the skills for writing,, reading..! My son loves joining at Sylvan !

My son has been coming to Sylvan for a year and has made so much progress. His confidence level has elevated and he's doing so much better in school. Ms. Alisha is amazing. She truly cares about the kids and their progress. Sylvan has become family.

My child has been going to Sylvan for a short time, and has shown great improvement. The staff is amazing! My child is always eager to get there and she loves her instructors. They keep you informed on your child’s performance and progression frequently. You’ll never be left in the dark or not know what skills your child is mastering. I would definitely recommend Sylvan for anyone who’s struggling in school or for the student that simply wants to get ahead.

My daughter has been attending Sylvan for over a month now and I can already see a difference in her overall flow of reading. She is more confident in sounding out words and doesn’t stop an get frustrated the way she was before. I like the fact that they are in contact with their teachers to tackle struggle areas as well. I would recommend Sylvan for anyone that has a struggling student that needs that extra push !

Good staff and learning environment. Teachers and supervisors are very approachable. Keep tracking my kids progress. Have teacher-parents meeting every month! Highly recommend!

Our son Bobby just started a few weeks ago and we’ve been very happy so far with the staff. Mr Collin is very engaging which keeps him interested in the materials. They do a coin system as well which incentivizes them to earn more which is fun as well
