ANDRES MARROQUINVERY POOR EFFICIENCY AND WAY OF COMMUNICATION WITH HISPANIC CUSTOMERS OR FOR SIMPLY SPEAKING SPANISH.I went to this store on 12/17/23 just to ask about obtaining a package for use outside of calls and not using roaming and a Mr. ANDRÉS MARROQUIN attended to me with a very bad attitude and said that roaming is only used and if not, I should look for a company where I travel or just pay the phone and if I don't have another question, let me go because it's busy. I immediately asked him about a super viewer and this guy answered that he is the super viewer and that I should get out of the store and Merry Christmas.There are guys who don't know what they are doing at their jobs or are drugged because of the way they act, they should take a test and run it because of their ignorance and lack of customer service. Besides, I was waiting between 20 and 30 minutes just to run and be told pay the whole phone right now and you can use it.Nothing to do with the questions I asked, this Mr. ANDRÉS MARROQUIN reacted. ON MONDAY I WILL PUT THE COMPLAINT WITH HIS SUPER VISOR AND ASK IF HE IS THE ONE IN CHARGE OF THIS FRANCHISE.I also told him things in Spanish and the guy answered in English, seriously, what bad service from ANDRÉS MARRIQUIN SHOULD LOOK FOR A JOB THAT YOU PLEASE AND NOT BE BITTER IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AT T MOBILE THAT YOU TAKE AWAY THE PRESTIGE

Andrés is such a great asset to this company.Andres has the best customer service ever and also is very attentive and patient. Which is a few thing you need when you are in this industry. I had such a bad experience at the T-Mobile in Addison the people from the Addison location need to get some training from Andres. T-Mobile he is the best and I always come back for Andres please take care of good quality people. Thanks Andres you are a great representation of T-Mobile

Sanghyeok Han - this one is for you,If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I went in today at 3:30pm and just now finished fixing all of the issues caused by your advice in-store today. It is now 10:00pm and will likely take me a little longer to write this review. That is at least 6 hours of my time wasted because of your carelessness.We went into the Carrollton location to upgrade two phones, add a tablet line, and potentially change our voice plan. When I entered I mentioned I was a first responder and you said I would save a significant amount by going with that plan but in order to do so I'd have to change the account into my name. While on the phone with 611 (since you cannot change account holders in-store) you overheard the telephone rep saying I should keep my magenta plan and rudely interrupted me saying that all he needed to do was switch the account and you could do the rest on your end. While completing the transfer with 611 I asked you multiple times if I needed to retrieve my badge from my car to verify my first responder status but you kept brushing me off. Once off the call you rushed through my mom's phone upgrade and became more short in your demeanor by the minute as if I was bothering you with my purchase. Then when I reminded you about wanting to purchase a tablet you rushed through this too. I'm extremely happy I didn't end up upgrading my phone with you as this was likely going to be even more of a dumpster fire.Back to you brushing off my concern of wanting to verify my first responder status (since I didn't want surprises on my bill)... It wasn't until I left and reviewed my emails/receipts that I noticed it was to the wrong address. I then logged onto my account only to realize that the account was nearly double the cost of my previous plan and realized my verification was still needed for first responders. YOU told me nurses were an accepted first responder and that you would verify in store but never did. I'll save you from the exhausting conversation with customer service, but after submitting plenty of paperwork I found that only certain nurses are covered under this plan (which is exactly why I wanted to verify before changing plans).I was able to fix many issues you caused but still have an iPad being shipped to an entirely wrong address that I couldn't cancel because it was already pending shipment.I can only assume you wanted to complete a sale and that you were interested in your paycheck rather than being a decent human being.As an added note; the other lady you were helping left shortly before we did and said "thank you" to you. In case your mother never taught you manners, it is generally courteous to say "you're welcome". You did not. You ignored her twice and then when we left, we said "thank you" and it wasn't until the second time we said it louder that you responded.Learn some manners, do better. Came here to get new phones. Traded in old phones for the promotion deal. Gave them our old phones and even got receipts for them. Later, got a message from T-mobile saying they were still waiting on receiving our trade-in phones. Went back to the store and asked them if they could deal with this issue. Was told that we had to call T-mobile ourselves even though we were not at fault. Called T-mobile customer service and they had to create a ticket for us but was also told that the store could've definitely called on our behalf to fix THEIR issue (again, none of this was our fault; someone, somewhere at T-mobile messed up). Giving two stars because they were at least friendly about making us deal with their problem?

Every single person who works here goes miles above and beyond to meet your needs. Mechanical issues with my Google pixel 4A that I found so troubling and we're causing me such worry.... were instantly handled effortlessly by one of this T-Mobile's legendary staff.They handled and facilitated my warranty/ exchange brilliantly, They even helped me (who is quite technologically challenged) set up my new phone without pause, and they never made me feel like I was a bother--- as so many other stores doThere may be a little wait time at this store... But it is well worth the wait.Thank you, T-Mobile; Old Denton and Trinity Mills.

I really disappointed at the customer service at this location. Other location are very welcoming and nice. This location there’s one staff seem very mad when we ask question. Just something to keep in mind. Even though I did not have a great experience at this location but I would like to say Temeka, she’s one of the best staff in here.

Temeka helped us today and my service was awesome . We came in to see about having a device fixed and we left with a new phone and home internet her manager Shaq helped answer all our questions and got us in and out . This is my new home store

T-Mobile Store #9094, 2604 Old Denton, Ste 120, Carrollton, Tx.Re: Associate AndresVery professional, knowledgable, excellent customer service. Very patient in answering my questions as he transfered all data from old cell phone to new Samsung Gallaxy that I had brought it. Very pleased with new connection now using T-Mobile as provider. I highly recommend asking for Andres at this location.

I can only connect with my wife's phone about 40% of the time. My wife has disabilities, and we MUST be able to reach one another. I went to this store to try to get that fixed. What a mistake.The clerk I encountered at this store treated me with contempt. Getting the manager involved made things worse because he ONLY wanted to "EDUCATE" me. While educating me, he repeatedly held up his hand (signaling me to shut up) and prevented a conversation.I was so shocked I had to leave the store without getting my phone fixed.I will never go back to this store. I've been a long-time customer, and I switched to T-Mobile home internet just this week. Talk about buyer's remorse!This situation is alarming because, by way of this store, T-Mobile is saying a connection rate of 40% is acceptable. Who cares if your wife needs to get hold of you? Not T-Mobile.

Avoid a short man that works there named Orlando. Extreamely rude. We were definitely a bother to him with his attitude and the way he was speaking to us. We ended up leaving and going to another t-Mobile where they were great and actually wanted to help.
