This place took care of me. It's hard to find good service nowadays. I was in and out and treated with respect ? and not just a number. I found this place after having a bad experience at Brakes Plus formerly City Garage which went downhill after they got bought .

Ez and the team at Kwik Kar Auto Center exceeded expectations during my recent visit for state inspections on both of my cars. Ez and the team’s assistance was invaluable; not only did they efficiently handle the inspections, but EZ guided me to the correct location for my stickers when there was a bit of confusion. His superb help, combined with the team's efficiency, made the process smooth and quick! Highly recommend Ez and the Kwik Kar Auto Center team for their outstanding service!

Came in on 3/6/24. They charge extra fees that they are not able to explain. I asked for a tire rotation and was told it would be $30 even and I agreed. Then when I was being rung up I was told $36 I asked what the $6 was for and was told “taxes” to which I replied “20%?” Rep stated it’s for products and services. On the receipt I was charged 36.50. I know it’s not a huge amount but I’m uncomfortable with the price changing several times like this. Breakdown was $30 service, $6 “fees” and .50 tax. Took longer than expected. Could partially be that the reps were calling out the wrong model and name. Rep handing my keys thought I was getting an inspection and oil change so who knows if my car was even serviced correctly.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and asked them for a Free brake check. They came back with a $450 estimate for new brake pads and flush. Something in me told me to get a second opinion, and thank God I did. I got a second opinion and the guy at Firestone said my pads still had lots of life. He said that my vehicle type is notorious for squeaky noises, but no pads were needed. I am very disappointed in Kwik KAR for trying to rip me off, because I am a female. Shame on you.

Great place, used to bring company truck for oil changes and inspection, this year also had brake pads changed and a flushes of different fluid (100k routine) so far so good, about half of what the dealer would charge.

Popped in and got my state inspection just now, these guys are honest, clean and thorough...have followed Chris around for 4 years, he and his team are too notch, quality and very kind! Have recommended them to everyone!
