I thought our manager had bought our barcode scanner from Texas Barcode Systems, so when our scanner broke down, I called them. Texas Barcode responded very politely and asked what had happened. During the conversation, it turned out that my company had not purchased equipment from Texas Barcode. We bought it another company. I was very upset that the equipment was broken because I needed to work and was looking for help. Despite the fact that I was not their client and had not bought anything from them, and did not even plan to, the owner of Texas Barcode patiently spent time on the phone explaining everything they could do to help fix our barcode scanner.With the help of their instructions, the barcode scanner started working! I have been in business for over 10 years and have not seen such a professional and responsible approach to customer service in a long time! I highly recommend contacting them if you are in need of barcodes equipment.

I purchased a commercial printer from Texas Barcode Systems and received amazing help from their Senior Support Engineer, Austin Lyon. He meet with me onsite to give step by step instructions. He also spent 1 1/2 hours with me, while on his vacation, to assure the printer connected correctly with my home computer. He far exceeded my expectations!

Our company was in a pinch to get labels printed for a next day shipment, and our software trial had expired. One phone call to David and the team, and an an hour later we had totally operational software. Can't recommend these guys enough!

I visited the store . There were no sales representative on site. I called few days later. Representative asked me to send details in email and he will send me quote but I did not anything back. I wrote follow up email again. I still haven’t heard anything back. I thought all customers regardless of the size of their order deserve the same customer service.Thank you for the prompt response David. I visited the Carrollton location. If I could get an email to contact you , I will send you all the details.

Amazing customer service! Had a printer issue on the weekend for a job and the owner himself came and opened up on a Saturday to help out our company. Also the pricing is very competitive which is great cause I'm tired of giving Amazon all my money. They have a customer for life! Thank you Texas Barcode!
