Jack Eisenhart was unbelievably helpful. I live in Tennessee, so I had to do a lot of analysis of the car over the phone with Jack. He was incredibly quick to respond, gave me exactly what I needed to see and more with videos and pictures, and was equally quick to respond even on his off-days. I had been doing a lot of searching and he even helped me check out the carfax and auto check for other cars at other dealerships to help me find the best car for me. Jack is everything a car salesman should be. I ended up going with another car at another dealership and I felt no pressure or guilt from Jack for doing so. I almost wanted to buy the car from Texas Car One just because of how wonderful my experience was. They have no hidden fees and don’t pester you like a lot of other dealerships out there. I am a Christian and it meant the world to me that how I was treated was a true reflection of Jesus. 5 stars, 10 if I could.

Everyone here was very upfront and honest about the condition of their vehicles and pricing, and very personable. Sam and Moe were great and got everything taken care of super fast. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend using them the next time you need a car!

This was our last stop after a very long day car shopping. We came to check out a specific car. We were immediately assisted upon walking in and ultimately helped by Moe. He showed us the CarFax and the AutoCheck reports on the car. He then showed us the car and it was as described online. We ultimately took the car for a test drive and ended up buying it. There was no pressure tactics on buying anything else. We simply signed the documents, made the cash payment, and left within an hour. My daughter needs a car, too, so we will be back in a few weeks. Great service. Thanks Moe!
