Micheal is the rudest representative that I have worked with so far. I returned a call and advise the name of the person that called me to reference. He immediately cut me off then told me this is title max not Wendy. He was nasty and rude when I had several conversations with other representatives who were respectful especially since I’m the one dealing with the hardship. From a small loan to pay times 3 in interest. He would not let me get a word in!
