I made two calls to this pharmacy, as one of my meds is out of stock at my regular pharmacy. My first call on 9/29 was great. A really nice male employee answered the phone and told me to call again in the morning to ensure they still had the med. He answered my questions nicely. I called again this morning 9/30, and the rudest person answered the phone. She was so rude in fact that I chose another pharmacy out of my way to avoid any in person encounter with her. In my many years of going to this exact store, I have never met an employee that rude and arrogant.

It's my neighborhood store and I appreciate the courtesy and assistance I receive when I need it. Nice people, quality foods.

The drive thru pharmacy is useless. I see workers inside and I know they can see me but was ignored. The yellow call button doesn't work since I was still ignored. The drive thru defeats its purpose of convenience, esp when you have 2 hungry, irritated little kids in the back waiting to get home. If I can give zero stars, I would. This is not the 1st time this has happened. The other times I've waited at least 15 mins at the drive thru window without any sort of acknowledgement, I had to drag both of my kids in to the store just to wait another 10 mins to be helped. Very disappointed. They claim that "the bell (to alarm them someone's at the drive thru window) did not ring". It's not the 1st time

My family and I have used this awesome Pharmacy since this store opened! They are wonderful to work with and always try their best to help! They have made a real difference in keeping stress out of our lives and seem to love what they do! Today that is hard to find! Note to Tom Thumb Mgmt - give them a raise, they are the only reason we come to your store and have so for 27+ years!

This review is for the clinic inside the store. This place is unprofessional, clients treated with the door wide open for strangers to hear and see everything that happens. No privacy what so ever. Also dirty restrooms and the door where you place urine sample has a huge gap that allows you to see through to the other side. Also there's a napkin placed inside the door to soak up urine spill over from the cups and it's soaked and looks like it's never been replaced.

What the heck is that smell in the Carrollton location??? I think you have something dead somewhere. I was in there 4 hours ago and had to change clothes when I got home. They still stink and are in the washer. Hopefully, that will work. I didn't realize the selection of cosmetics is down to almost nil. I won't be back.

The store is clean. Shelves are always stocked. Cashiers are friendly. Managers are helpful. They always have a large selection of items some stores don't carry. The meat area is always clean. The produce is some of the best I've ever seen even at Whole Foods. I always stop in when I'm in the area.

Service. The female cashier that is very thorough and customer service oriented is the best cashier any business has. She is a mature attractive woman and deserves praise.

The pharmacy employees are great to deal with and are super helpful. I appreciate each and every one of you.As for the actual grocery store employees , they are soooo rude lol and cant be bothered.
