We had to take my sweet dog for cremation today and the gentleman helping us was wonderful. I was a little worried to ask for a paw print in addition to her cremation because of the shock of losing my girl so suddenly I just didn’t know what was normal. He offered me a paw print and made us feel comforted during a horrible situation. Thank you ToothAcres!

Such a great establishment. I have used them for 2 pet burials and 2 pet cremations. (Over many years) The staff is excellent, empathetic and understanding. I always feel comfort and warmth when I have been there after the loss of a pet. Pricing is fantastic and the nice way you receive your pets remains back is very warming and you can tell all handled with care. Thank you AAA+++

Wonderful staff and very understanding and kind when it came time to have my best friend cremated. The facility/kennels were well maintained and they went above and beyond.

I have used Toothacres for cremation for years. I usually take our pets and deliver them personally so that he/she is handled less and just for my own piece of mind. Toothacres is close by, convenient, and family owned so I figured they would be great. They were for a long while, but over the last two years, I have had some instances that were "off putting" in a sense and those instances started to slowly build up over time.I run a rescue. When asked for the name, I reply with the rescue name. On more than one occasion, Kelly has quickly replied back; "just because you're a rescue doesn't mean you get a discount". I explain each time that I am not looking for nor asking for a discount, but I am using the rescue account to pay for their services, therefore I need the rescue name on the paperwork... He asks for the name at the beginning, not when I'm paying, so no idea why he would assume I was trying to get a discount.Another time, I went to pick up a cat's remains and when handed the bag, I noticed it was super light so I checked inside. It was my pet's cremation certificate, but in an eco friendly box when I had requested a specific urn. They went to the back and were out in no time with an urn. How do I know which cat was even mine? If either were? The last time was the last time. I'm done and will never use their services again. In March, I took a pet we had recently rescued and tragically lost only 10 weeks later to cancer. I had bonded thick with this dog and his loss devastated me.Kelly said the same thing as always when I said the rescue name for the paperwork... whatever, he's a dry individual, I roll my eyes and continue... but this time there was more. I almost ALWAYS get an upgraded urn with a photo frame, and I always send a photo for the name plate which is something they do for free. This time, he questioned me very condescending like; "Why would you want a picture on a picture?" When I told him it's something that I always do, he said "well you're one of the very few that ever does that...I don't know why you would want that when the urn has a picture" He questioned me using a "free service" they offer, but he didn't bother asking me "why" before that when I asked for FOUR individual, $30ea paw prints. I bet very few people do that either, probably less people than those that do "a picture on a picture", but since it was $120 added to the tab, he didn't bother to question that at all.I know that this is a family owned business so Kelly likely won't go anywhere, no matter what he does, but maybe consider someone a little more gentle spoken and compassionate to speak to the people who just lost their family member. No one is expecting a hug or a song but they are grieving and shouldn't have to be spoken down to by someone they are trusting to handle their pet's aftercare.

Absolutely horrible if I could give zero stars I would first off during my pups stay we were told we could receive pics and updates on him which we NEVER received which is understandable to be honest because I get that it can be busy and you may not have the time to send every client dog pics I can understand that but what I don’t understand and I find extremely unprofessional is the fact my dog had several surface injuries and they weren’t even mentioned so far I’ve counted up to 4 different scrapes and scabs on my pup that were not there before he was dropped off these scans were. A couple were even Bleeding and leaking puss and the grand finale of it all is the fact that we opted in for a nail trimming however we were told upon pick up they weren’t able to do it once we got home I realized why they said that.. they in fact DID attempt to trim his nails ,they cut one nail and cut it so far back they cut all the way to the nerve my theory is they messed up so bad on the first nail they just gave up altogether. And then when we called and asked them about it they claimed it was caused by him running on the concrete like we are idiots, you mean to tell me a dog can wear a singular nail down to the nerve on concrete? (Note this was his far left nail a nail that rarely if ever even makes contact with concrete) Like do you hear yourself it was a blatant lie and by this point my blood was boiling if it wasn’t for the fact that my mom was the one who handled the transaction it woudnt be a google review I’d be up there now giving the whole staff a piece of my mind this is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable spare your dog the stress and abuse and don’t bring them here

I am so appreciative of Toothacres! My sister was visiting, and we suffered a tragic death of her beloved fur baby. She is an active-duty service member on orders and had very limited time to wait for services for cremation. I called so many different companies and was completely shocked at the cost of service. Since I was familiar, based on our own experience with pet cremation, I was completely shocked with the quotes I was being offered. When I contacted Toothacres I was greeted with compassion and provided helpful options. When they gave me the quote for services, I was so relieved finally a company that did not want to price gouge. Enough cannot be said for this compassionate company and their services they provided a service member in need. She was able to take her fur baby home and was able to report to her duty station on time. When you have a need for you pet, call Toothacres it should be your first call, not just any “pet service near me” search. Contact Toothacres you will not be disappointed.

I would have given 5 stars but my baby’s name was crooked on his final resting place. Attention to detail, especially in situations like this is important. It’s not a big difference, but as his mama I notice.

We love them. The very best boarding. JoJo, my husky always comes home happy and healthy from Toothacres vs other places where kennels are too small or not climate controlled.

I went here to have my little dog cremated. They were very caring and sympathetic with my feelings. They were very informative and explained how my pet would be cared for. My dog was my baby and I was very distraut over her passing. They were comforting and caring. I would certainly recommend them.

My dog lost over 20 pounds in 3 months with them. I'm pretty sure they were either under feeding her or not at all. Don't trust them. It's a glorified pound and your dogs will come back traumatized. Hope this place shuts down.

Last Sunday was a very hard day for me and I lost my 17 year old Chihuahua Lola she died at home in my arms and being new to Denton I didn't know what to do and it was a Sunday so it was even harder because a lot of places were closed but tooth acres pet cemetery call me back and let me know that I could bring her there and they would provide the cremation services for me . Being that I just moved States and I wasn't financially able to do anything bigger I chose the least expensive package which gives us her ashes in a biodegradable box for us to scatter when I got there Sunday right before closing Brian was amazing he made me feel so calm which is not an easy thing because my dogs are my life and I adore them they're my children and it I couldn't stop crying but he made me feel at peace he made me feel like he was going to take care of her and I couldn't have asked for a better person to to assist me in that difficult time
