My nail tech was so nice !! An as soon as we got to the nail design she was struggling of what to do for the bow with my nails but she figured it out and turned out amazing!!

I love to take my girlfriend to get her nails done. Unfortunately this place is not the place for us. It was not clean, super warm and uncomfortable as all get up. The nail tech did not know really what Sue was doing. Also the 2nd nail tech tried to fix some other ladies nails who came in and said her gel nail broke just a day later. Lots of conflicting comments that we overheard. Overall unfortunately we will not be returning. There are plenty of other options that are better. Thank you but no thank you.

I tried calling multiple times with no answer. Went in for a fill. When I walked in, it was empty. They told me no one was there to assist me because they were on vacation and would be back next week. So why open?

I want to start by saying that I highly disagree with what a lot of these comments have to say about this establishment being " racist " . I am a black woman & I have been going here for about a year now AFTER being mistreated at past nail shops . They've always welcomed me and my family with open arms and does such a great job on our nails each time. They're always asking me about my new baby & how life is for me. Very nice,kind, thoughtful people! When they are busy they are busy . Lynn is booked majority of the time because she is that good ! The vibe is relaxing and the music is always good. Can't wait to book my next appointment. Disregard any negative comments

This is a family owned & operated treasure of a shop that gives top notch service. I never thought that I would ever look forward to go to have my nails & feet done but it’s ever so worth it! I get so many compliments on my nails since I’ve started to patronize Top Nails & Spa!

As a black women living in Carrollton dot go here very rascist will deny your services and tell you not today too busy.... The salon wasn't even full it was 2 people assisting 1 person at every booth... smh not black people friendly maybe their work is actually good but won't assist black customers.. god bless

I have been looking for a new nail salon since moving from Ft Worth and this place is delightful!! My pedicure was wonderful and my nail lady was kind and patient with me. I think I have found my new spot and I will be back soon.
