I have never been cut until I visited here. 2nd and last time I will go. He cut the tip of my little toe and it was bleeding. Never said he was sorry. Never offered a discount because of it. Nothing. They did put neosporin on it before I left.

This was a very disappointing visit. I explained to the person what it is that I needed it done, and there was an older lady that she allowed to service me. I explained again and again, and again that I needed my nails shaped a certain way I left out the deer looking worse than I did Before I came in this. I’m so disappointed, and then the younger woman gets an attitude and tells me that I can just leave she worked for over an hour and I’m not paying for it. This is what she suggested is that I can leave without paying for not that I suggested it. I am upset because now you cut my nails off you’ve shaved them wrong you found them down so low that there are no nails and I explain to the woman. I am not a man. I am a woman I want my nails to have a shape to it not square not like SpongeBob and yet you messed up not just my feet but my hands and I was gonna let the hands go, but then I explained to her I told you beforehand how I wanted my toenail shake And she says well she doesn’t speak English. That’s wrong. You want me to have sympathy for you guys, but you want me to pay you my money for service that I am dissatisfied with I am very upset right now.

I'm not usually a karen, but this place is pure SHIT. 1. The lady burped in my face and wasn't wearing a mask or gloves. 2. She was on the phone the entire time. 3. I asked for simple V cut frenchies with a line of glitter, she started bad at first but im a trust the process person. My acrylic was CLEAR. I asked for NUDE and she gave me CLEAR. She then proceeded to apply DIP. On top of ACRYLIC. Making then super chunky and thick. I didn't say anything which was a bad on my end. The V cut was cricket. CRICKET!!! A V cut french tip shouldn't be cricket it's two straight lines. I told her and she fixed it twice thinking it was gonna change but nothing change if anything they got worse. I HATED my nails. Forgot to mention she also cut my cuticles and was DRILLING. using a DRILL on my actual skin. I proceeded to tell her to cut them because I was not gonna pay for them. Do not go there the vibe is horrible! Here's proof that my skin looks absolutely bad and the acrylic is clear. Over fuck that place and never go there. If I could give it 0 starts I would, customer service is shit.

I got the basic 25.00 pedi & it was the worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon! The tech was so rude, she hurt me being rough & also hateful..It was a 10 minute pedi and I did not leave a tip & def would not recommend this place!Service: Pedicure

Very very very up happy with my nails. I went in today for a dip power she was rushing as If she had a line of people waiting and I was the only person in the building. I have never wanted to go home take my power off so bad. I should've have wanted for my normal nail to reopen. This was my first and last time going to this shop. Also she didn't tall and very unprofessional

I visited this nail salon for the first time yesterday. The lady doing my nails ensured me she knew how to work with ingrown nails. She cut both my large toes, one so badly it’s infected. I tried to talk to her throughout my appointment and although she acknowledged me, she didn’t listen or do anything I asked. I paid extra for a heel service and both my heels were still rough and somehow she scraped the sides of both of my feet. She didn’t do a great job cutting or painting my nails upon further inspection. When I went home I noticed how badly she cut my nails on my big toes. I am so upset at how jagged the sides are and I hope they do not grow in painfully. Please never go here! This is truly dangerous. I can only hope my infection doesn’t get worse, it hurts just to walk.UPDATE - after several weeks, I had to visit a doctor. He performed a procedure to remove the ingrown toenail. I wasn't able to cut my nails for several weeks after the botched pedicure. Very frustrating that this ended up being my only remedy.Service: Pedicure
