“My uncle’s assisted living facility used to provide transportation for residents to appointments but stopped. I called a few different wheelchair van transportation companies to find one to help get him to a hospital for a CT scan. I found Helping Hands on Google. When I called, Mike the owner picked up. I appreciated the personal approach to our particular needs, and since the cost was about the same as what other companies charged, I went with Helping Hands. Very glad I did. The personal care and communication made all the difference. My uncle and I had a safe and comfortable ride to the hospital. I also appreciate that Mike employs US veterans like himself and holds his employees to a high standard, asking them to treat customers like family. :) Will definitely use Helping Hands again in future!”

“Awesome rental experience! Normally service is crappy and the cars smell but not here! They delivered our car to the airport and drove us back when we needed a ride! They were very personable and even had a handwritten note and water bottles in the car waiting for us. I've never had a positive car rental experience before Go Rentals. I felt like they were truly a step above- I hope other car rental companies see how Go Rentals have raised the bar and follow suit!!”

“Its ok but confusing as heck trying to return a car. The info i found online didn't get me to the correct return entrance. Better signs on the road would have helped. In the future i would get better directions on returning the car. Picking up from the airport was another issue. Not from the area or used to the airport i seemed to walk much further than i needed to catch the transport to the rental car lot. But i would do it again because Texas kicks *##! Thank you lone star! Ill be back!!!!!!! I should have asked better questions on returning the car and or had a printed map with directions.”
