From the moment we met Megha, her focus was on helping us establish a viable business. Drawing from all of her experience in setting up a food business, she has walked us and Trew Chocolate from a small cottage venture to now having commercially-made professional offerings. The owners are amazing and are flexible to each customer's needs and offer additional social and event-based opportunities to help you succeed in your business. Prices are fair and based on your needs in a somewhat a-la-carte basis.
The kitchens have plenty of space and hours are planned out to make sure you have the space you need & so that you have the whole kitchen to yourself when needed.
They have been instrumental in helping me transition into a food truck and catering business. I recommend that anyone needing a ghost kitchen seriously consider TRU for their needs.

Megha is absolutely an expert when it comes to operating a commercial kitchen or food business and the legal side that comes with it. Her expertise in this area is unparalleled, and she has a deep understanding of what is needed to run it successfully. Thru Plant-Based kitchen is very neat and clean. What sets Megha apart is her exceptional level of cooperation is unbelievable, and her responsiveness even goes beyond plus extra. She has always contacted me day and night to make sure everything goes smoothly. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, she is always quick to respond and provide valuable insights. One of the things I appreciate most about working with Megha is her willingness to go above and beyond. Overall, I cannot recommend Megha highly enough. First things first, I could not find a better commercial kitchen in the DFW area to produce my plant based, gluten free tortillas.
The owner Megha, is very helpful & caring, she’s always willing to go an extra mile with any questions that you may have also, she’s always available!
The facility is super clean & neat!

This kitchen is the CLEANEST commercial kitchen I have ever been inside! I feel this has to be the cleanest in the state! The owner is thorough and involved and has some very yummy products, too. I highly recommend this kitchen!

True V is such a clean space - perfect for prep items mostly. The owner Megha is very communicative and community driven - always willing to share connects and resources for a good cause. I would recommend this space if you are preparing items that do not require high heat or cooking.

I adore this resource and the kind and generous soul who runs the entire business. Mrs. Shah has been unbelievably generous with her knowledge. She has stepped up to mentor one of my high school students with the creation of her vegan salsa business. Gently guiding her towards the best possible choices, while educating her on the steps towards properly running a production kitchen for large scale production. This is a gem within our city.

I came across the website for True V while searching for a commissary that was in close proximity to where I live and affordable. I completed the "contact me" section and was contacted the very next day. I spoke with Megha, the owner, and had a pleasant conversation about her services and fees. When I expressed my interest in manufacturing, she began to share with me what all the processes entail and offered her assistance if needed. I haven't signed up for the use of the kitchen yet, as my business is seasonal (spring/summer), but that doesn't stop Megha from taking my calls, answering my questions and sharing any information she has. I really appreciate her knowledge and look forward to working with her in the future.
