Terrible customer support. We have been waiting for a part for over a month now and this is the 4 time in 2 years we had to replace the same part. The technicians all seem to say this is a very common issue. If it wasn't for being in a corporate setting I would have ditched them a long time ago.

Zero product support in Australia . So called agent Middleby did $4190 repair and got same error two weeks later , now refusing to repair . Turbochef do not respond go complaint lodged .

They never pick up the phone. Terrible company. Don't buy their products, cause when their ovens break, your technician will not be able to get any help from them.
