If I could leave zero stars, I would. Only rent from this place if you are truly desperate. Terrible customer service. Condescending attitude.
I live out of state but I have a storage unit here that I needed to move closer to my in-laws. They won't rent to you unless you have an in state license. This wasn't on the website when I rented the truck and inputed my information.The proprietor of the establishment acted like I was a moron. He even went so far to speak to me slowly, like I was a child.
Horrible. Would not recommend.

I rented a truck from here and also am looking at storage. The service I received from an employee by the name of Amy was OUTSTANDING. She was super helpful, kind and really made the process super easy and enjoyable. If I could deal with her every time, I'd be happy. Not what I expected - thank you Amy!

I reserved a van in advance on the app. At the scheduled time for pickup, it started asking me all these questions. I had to submit photos of my self and documentation. Then I had to wait for it to be approved. Then I told me to go inside and wait in the back of the line behind all the people who just showed up to get my keys. Then they gave me the wrong keys. I had to go back and get the right keys for the vehicle I was assigned. And once I finally got on the roads I realized they didn’t provide the furniture pads I had reserved and paid for. The staff couldn’t care less. The manager couldn’t care less. Every experience with UHaul is always a poor, miserable experience.

Management here has a star employee. I have been using Uhaul for over 15 years and have used them across multiple states. This experience by far was the best I have had from my phone call inquiry to my tour of my storage, to my reservation process. Helen blew any Uhaul employee I’ve ever interacted with out the water by providing excellent customer service in a timely manner. Made this experience one of a kind and easy as can be. Thank you Helen

I didn’t have a great experience at this location. I have used Uhaul services for the past 15 years and have never been stereotyped to this degree ever, anywhere.First I used the convenient app to check in, like before, and there was an issue with the app. No problem, I go inside and the older gentleman looks at me like I’m in the wrong place. I brush it off. I smile and he says “yes”. I say I am here to pick up my rental and he says “whose name is it in” I say mine. And give him my ID. He looks at it and says “your ID says yours eyes are brown and your eyes in front of me are green” I thought he was joking or even flirting because he smiled. I told him they are contacts he goes on to tell me that people steal the type of rental I wanted all the time and he wanted to be sure. What people? I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. As he was checking me in, “his system went down”. He tells me he can’t rent to me. I have been in the retail and services industry and I know we say some things to deter theft but I have never and will never deal with this location again. I would say if you’re a person of high standards and moral, and you work hard for everything you have and have no need to steal DO NOT visit this location.

Horrible customer service by the general manager , yes the GM, Paul . He is extremely rude almost offensive and it’s not willing to help at all. The first and the last time in this place . He insinuated I didn’t have a DL by mentioning it several times.

All the staff there will treat you like family. They aim to please people and deliver excellent customer service. You can count on exceptional equipment to get the job done right. Kindness, hospitality and an attentive group of professionals you'll ever meet. Thank you for all your help. What were the chances that you would have a 20 ft truck on a Saturday!!! Wow!
