Worse Uhaul I've ever been to, hands down. All I had to do was pick up a truck (2 years ago this month).They held me hostage for almost 2 hours going around in circles.There were no other customers, the young guys at the counter were just fooling around. I was nearly 9 months pregnant and there alone, I was crying by the end of it and almost left with the truck or a refund.

Great service, they have one great exceptional mechanic. They have repaired several trucks and added heavy duty tow kits.

Doesn't even deserve the one star...I callednto try and see about getting unit...cause as I'm currently homeless at the time of this post which implies the need for a unit. I have been evicted 3 times for trying to survive and just be able to put food in my stomach which I barely can ..I only get food in my stomach every 2 days roughly. I dont live un my units never have i just soend a few hours there tryin to get supplies together and re arrange my stuff. I dont even have vehicleof any kindso im limited. Imat the bottom of the barrel in life and tryin to work my way outbof it. And all I geyvis who cares and rude and dehumanizing actions and aoorach from so many..and now before i eveb have space rented and in my name i get disrespected and dehumanized for being honest. The lady Susan after sayin they dont know if they can rent to me cause of me tryin to survive and gettin evicted for it then hangs up on me after referring to me as female and im grown man at 37. This was appallimg for this company to allow people to work forntheir company and all they do is disrespect people befire they are eveni renting....this is how you lose money and business. I dont even feel comfortable tlakin to her if she trys to call me back i feel the need to have a 3rd psrty to mediate her actions....she needs to be fired.

Went to rent a Cargo Van,they didn't have any available unfortunately. But the 2 Gentleman that I spoke with their got on their computers and searched multiple location for me and found what I need. Even though it wasn't gonna be from their store. I would definitely make sure to make them my first choice next time.

Needed a truck at the last minute to move some furniture that I had recently purchased. We first tried multiple "neighborhood" U-Haul locations and they were all terrible. Then we ended up here and Steven (spelling??) had a one way truck waiting for us. The truck was clean and in good condition and had a tank of gas ready to go. While every other location (including Home Depot) was out of trucks, this location had plenty. While checking out at the counter, he was able to knock $50 off the rental if we returned the truck to a different location, which happened to be close to where we were going anyways. All in all, this was a great deal for a truck rental and check in/out process was seamless. U-Haul has definitely earned my business in the future based on this experience.

Very disappointed don't believe that $19.95 a day rental. By the time they are finished a 200 mile trip costs almost 400 dollars.
