Went to this location on a Fri evening & reserved a trailer for Sat morning. I arrived the next morning & waited in line a long time, then was told the last trailer that size, was just given to the person in front of me in line. Staff was able to see my reservation but were unable to explain what happened. I asked for the manager. At this point, it was now 30 minutes before I had to meet my movers. The manager told me I would have to drive to another location & that location would hold a trailer for me. Before leaving, I asked the manager if he would offer me a discount or do anything to make up for their mistake & this inconvenience & he said no. I am shocked @ his unprofessionalism & lack of customer service.

Picked up a one way rental reservation from this location. Nikola was professional and helpful. She was thorough with the policies and what to expect. The truck was clean and had no issues. She got us in and out quickly.

I have used other locations in the past but this location is hands down the best, most efficient, professional, and reliable team of them all. Recently I have had the worst chain of events happen concerning my move. The staff at this location went above and beyond for my son and I. They were very polite, understanding, and gracious. Philip was wonderful and professional about my situation. Philip and his staff accommodated my complex scenario with the utmost confidence and grace. I am very happy with the service I have received and would highly recommend them to anyone! From the extension of my truck rental to having to add additional storage, they made it all happen and stayed late to make sure I had everything I needed, answered all my questions, and ensured that my belongings were secured. Thank you to Philip and his team for making my headache of a situation into a seamless and easy experience. Please keep up the good work and thank you for everything! Nice to know customer service is what they strive for and that good people do still exist!

We have had our unit there for the last 3 years. Each time there have been only two people who provided the best customer service. Mickey. There are times when you just want to be treated as simply a person, not a number or anything else. Mickey has always stayed kind, helpful & knowledgeable. And if you can not reach Mickey there is Darius who has the same attitude.Each of these people genuinely cares about assisting you. Thank you, Mickey, Darius & Robin.

Customer service at pickup and drop off is absolutely awful. The truck is in terrible condition, and you guys can’t even get a simple reservation correct. Why would you offer a 17 ft truck on your website if you don’t actually have any 17 ft trucks at the property? And what’s the point of making a reservation if none of the trucks you reserve will be available anyways? This is the last time I will use U-Haul. The only positive experience I had was with the lady who picked up my roadside assistance call. She clearly walked me through everything that she was doing and what I could expect, as well as additional information on how to fix my issue myself in case I didn’t want to wait for the maintenance guy (which I ended up just fixing myself). She was great, unfortunately I don’t remember her name because I was dealing with all the other garbage this company threw my way.

I reserved a trailer and when I tried to pick up the attendant thought he was being efficient by taking a personal text, customer call and start my ticket all at one time. I also believe he 5 finger discounted a roll of tape or something, because he placed it in his man purse as he was doing all that other stuff. He proceeded to give me a hard time about the 'second contact' information. I di not need to be treated like that. I instead rented a trailer from a store much further away and will never waste my time at this store.

I am renting Uhaul 3 times per months. It location is worse one. Customer service Zero Star. I rented car for 17 hours but they charge me for 2 days. I don’t recommend this location

I rarely write bad reviews. In fact, I almost didn’t write this one, but was prompted by auto-email to share my experience. So here it is: Terrible customer service and poor communication. I tried to rent equipment and was dismissed in the most condescending manner imaginable. The reason I was given directly conflicted with the information available on the website. When I attempted to point out the discrepancy, I was spoken down to and then directed to complete the reservation process online.When I returned a few moments later to retrieve the keys, I mentioned that I noticed the vehicle listed on my reservation was occupied. I was once again spoken to rudely and treated as if I was incompetent. To be clear, I was following the instructions given through the self-service process to the letter. Although I felt belittled and unwelcome after initially being turned away, I was intentional in not returning to complete the reservation process with an aggressive or demanding attitude. I still don’t understand what prompted this unprofessional behavior, but I truly hope that it was not discriminatory in nature. I suspect she may have just been hangry, as it appeared that I may have interrupted the breakfast she was more interested in eating (at the front desk, while on duty). Upon further investigation, it turned out the equipment was being occupied by another employee who was chillin’ and enjoying their own breakfast.The furniture dolly I had also rented was ultimately comped as remuneration for the aforementioned sleights. I accepted this pittance of a resolution because I was eager to end the transaction, but the experience was so abysmal, it’s almost laughable in retrospect.Also self-service return is apparently not allowed here, although a link gets texted to you. The entire online process is accessible, except for the last step of returning the keys to the key drop. Then you get scolded about how to “properly” return the equipment you reserved with online self-service, because you’re not “supposed to” return it using the very same method.This experience was very disappointing, particularly since I have had friendly and helpful service from this location in the past. Although the location is convenient, I will be making a point not to return. Despite being further away, the lady who runs the U-Haul on Forest Lane is outstanding, so that location will likely be getting all of my business in the future.

My reservation was made by a representative at the location for 24 hours and at the time of pickup they said it was only for 6 hours. The representatives were very rude and did not listen to me instead she puts me on a clock. That lady’s name at the location is Micky. Absolutely ‘the worst’. I had brought this up with the manager and regional manager but no action has been taken yet. Its been 8 days since the booking date. I get charged for fuel even after fueling it up. No reimbursements or adjustments towards any of the trouble i went through. I have moved a few times but never experienced such poor services. Never recommending this location or uhaul to anyone in the future.

Absolutely great service from all employees, as well as the manager. Had a cargo van ready to go twice in a week with easy processing and no hassle. Without their help we couldn't of got moved in time. Thanks again.

I had such a great experience at this u-haul location. Mickey was very attentive and answered all of my questions. She is a true asset to this company because she not only went above and beyond to assist myself, I overheard her doing the same for the customer before me. It’s people like Mickey, who do their absolute best even when they think no one is watching, that make a good company, a great company.

I have rented several trucks and trailers here over the years, and I have 5 storage units here. The truck and trailer rental has always been hassle-free and met or exceeded expectations. I chose this location for rental units for 1) convenience, 2) climate controlled, 3) individually alarmed units, 4) all units indoors, 5) controlled access to the building, 6) cameras everywhere. I have been happy with every aspect of it, and the staff has always been pleasant and helpful.
