Do not rent here! This place is a joke. They can’t keep a manager so that only goes to show you the problem is the upper management. The 2 managers I have met were outstanding and went out of their way for tenants! I have met the supervisor a few times for this property and as well as one of the maintenance men and they were both very very rude! Will not recommend to anyone!!

I've had a storage building there for pretty close to a year they're open 24 hours which I like and the girl up front Stacy's one of the nicest people I've ever met this is a great place clean no rats or other varmints that I've noticed if you need a storage place this is the place to go especially since it's open 24 hours

Units are clean and have cameras everywhere. Good security! I liked Crystal the Manager. She was always so friendly and helpful. She’d call on 1st of month and remind me to pay rent. I appreciated that little gesture. I was shocked to learn she was gone. Bad move on yalls part. We miss her.

I just want people to be careful with this place. I was there renting a space for a few months and the people there opened my room and I looked at the people who open the spaces at night and even though they deny it, they know that they do. They have done it and the people are the husband of the regional manager and the son are the maintenance desk there, but also at night I looked at them several times and when they opened mine my alarm didn't sound and they never notified me of anything and The records show that I left the property. I lowered my door and left the property building and when I returned my door was open the alarm never sounded, that crystal never spoke to me and when I complained to it it just said that nothing rang, that nothing was heard and that because I didn't go to claim that day. When I went and told him that I was going to get a police report and that they were going to take the fingerprints, because they stole a lot of tools from me and left a box of a tool, when I said that I was going to call the police to come and take the fingerprints It turns out that on the 2 days that I went to the surprise storage they put the tool in the back, obviously they have a set so that they can open any lock without having to break it. I know that and I have all the evidence that this happened, be very careful with those people because I saw them opening many storages, if I can even say that I can assure, what numbers were the ones that I saw that there would be and not one many times at the beginning they managed a black nissan type truck armed with a navigetor then obviously they changed the truck and even though they denied everything, if they did it to me they stole more than $2000 worth of tools and the fact that they are cheap is not like that where I am right now it is bigger than the one I I had it there I paid 150 and now I have a bigger one for 85 and they have insurance that only costs 7 dollars ho depending on the value of the things you keep and they have security cameras throughout the property and 24 hour access this place is in the marsh ln behind8y from burger street they are called extra space storage so those are neither good nor safe, that's for sure.

First off let me say I would recommend this place. 24 hr access and I came here due to my apartment not having a true storage. I landed here since the storage unit we were at previously went up by $45/month for the same exact size I got from U-Stor. The young lady who helped me was great, she took me to the actual storage unit and showed me around. She was very sweet and helped me get setup. Prices aren’t bad either since all the units are outside and accessible with not much of a walk! I like the fact that there is an alarm on every unit. I appreciate that especially since I was paying more and didn’t even get that from the last place.

Not much to say about the facility because storage places are relatively the same wherever you go, but I feel like my stuff is safe there and the price is the best you’ll find in a metro like this. Crystal is great, always remembers me and is very personable. I love her dog too.
