Openly practices racism. Associates will say "Welcome to Ulta" when white customers enter, however will look Black customers in the face and say nothing. But they have a sign on the front door that says "hate has no place here" But prejudice does. Zero stars.

stopped by this location 2 times and customers service was bad. When you ask them any questions they make sure to let you know that you're bothering them. While checking out at the cashier the woman was on the phone texting the whole time.

I can’t say thank you enough to CJ who helped me out this morning! I was raving to all of my friends and family about this experience. I came in very concerned and discouraged about my face and the way it was breaking out. CJ was SO polite and kind helping me pick out every single thing i needed and had answered all of my questions! She was so very patient and allowed me to write down the order from morning to night!!! When I got to the register, starr checked me out and was very helpful as well. Thank you ladies for making my day!!!!

My son went there to get stuff. I'm an employee at ulta. I told him his account was linked to mine just show the leads your ID. The girl who checked him out told him he didn't get no discount didn't check his ID and gave him an attitude. I called down there to ask who checked him out, the told me he didn't have a valid ID which was a lie and she didn't check his ID. It's not about the discount it's about guest servicing our guest from the time they walk In till the time they checked out. It's not a hard job just be nice and do your job right! Those girls need to be retrained. And trained correctly!!

If you’re not a legacy client, don’t try to make an appointment virtually because they’ll cancel it. Oh. Also, don’t try to call and ask for a call back from the stylist for an appointment because they won’t call you back. Tried SEVERAL times and no response over a span of weeks. Their loss.

I don't understand why this location is always so cold, I like shopping there but the store is freezing so I usually leave after about 5 minutes.

Great customer service. My 15 year old had questions I couldn't answer. The girl walked her around the store and helped her hand pick everything for her. A++

For years I have taken my daughter to Ulta for haircuts, color & brows. Her first big chop was at age 5. Most of our experiences have been great but this last one was very disappointing. The appointment was booked incorrectly, which I understand, mistakes happen. This caused the stylist to rush what she was doing. She didn't get the color right, and she did a very sloppy job. Seems she did not completely wash the color out either. I would have preferred them to just reschedule the color portion so she could take her time. My daughter cried the entire ride home. A salon manager was supposed to call me but here we are 10 days later, and I'm still waiting.

Worst Ulta ever. And please don't ask for samples because if your not buying anything that day they will say this location doesn't have any at this time. Really funny how when I do buy from the Carrollton location they have tons of samples.

This location keeps getting worse and worse. Employees have ugly attitudes and are very unwelcoming. I was in line for pick up and the 2 girls saw me and never acknowledged me in any way.

Love the customer service. However, they need to arrange or organize their products to make it easy for customers finding the things they need

As an employer of Ulta, this location and I’m speaking in terms of management DO NOT care about those who have a mental illness. I have to advocate for myself when it comes to my mental illness. And to apply for positions all the while they ask about certain disabilities and and you state you have PTSD, anxiety and depression which are all clinical, still do not care about individuals with disabilities. This is very sad and such a cruel workforce to live in at this time. We try to apply for jobs and things that bring us joy all for “management” not caring ONE bit about disabled people. I truly hope that this can be resolved for the next individual that apply that has disabilities or I just wonder are they’re going to discriminate and just not hire. Smh. I’m so torn at the morals of this company. Because when it comes to management they are a major part that represents the company.
