Tom at the service desk gives 10 star customer service every time we need help with mail services and I would drive 1.5 hours just to keep using this UPS location solely due to him!

I use this UPS store for all my shipping needs, to return Amazon packages and as my personal printer 😂 they are always so patient and helpful. They make sure what they are printing is what I need and they always go above and beyond to accommodate.

I had a rather complicated shipment going to a convention center out-of-state. It was imperative pre-show arrival dates were adhered to and not early or late. Manager Jamal spent a lot of time discussing options, timing, various costs, and recommendations. He understood the importance and really helped me figure it all out. I can't thank him enough for caring as he did. It was a great relief! I happily make them my store!

I walked into the store and was greeted by Miranda. I told what I needed and she started on it with no hesitation. She was very professional and answered all my question. I had an amazing experience getting invitations printed at The UPS Store at 2145 N Josey Ln, Carrollton, TX 75006! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist, making sure every detail of my order was perfect.

Pretty sure one of the young dudes working there stole a package I was sending for my ebay store. Employees were useless when I tried to get help from them after.

This place is a complete joke—avoid it at all costs. I emailed them a single-page UPS next day air label to print, and the cashier tried to charge me $2.30 to print it! For a label that was being shipped from their own store?! Every other UPS store I've visited prints single labels without any problem. To top it off, basic printing costs $0.21 per page, and when I asked how they justified the 1000% markup, the cashier was completely clueless.

Love them! I am not a tech savvy senior.. but staff at the UPS store at Josey and Keller treat me sweetly and patiently... nothing but love and gratitude for them!

This store does not even deserve 1 star I went with my Amazon package I was instructed to let them scan my phone and accept the item when I approached the counter a white female with glasses approached the counter and began to tell me I needed to print out a label when the instructions clearly said just to have the barcode scanned so I left printed out the label came back and she told me I also need to provide a box if u value your time please go to another location that knows how to follow instructions
