Needed to have a document notarized. When I got there the notary was in the bathroom, not a big deal, everyone has to go, so waited about 5 minutes. When he came out he couldn’t do the notarization because he had to attend a meeting and wouldn’t be available for half an hour. The meeting was obviously personal business because he went to his car in the parking lot and got on the phone. Why would you not schedule your personal business on a lunch break?

Someone at ups in Carrollton stole my package. It “departed” from Carrollton but never made it to my local usps. It was a pair of sneakers so I’m not surprised these people would steal .

Here are the pros and cons. Pro, it is very close to me. Pro, right near a great. pizza place. Con, the staff doesn't smile or even say hi. Con, the line was quite long when we arrived,. However, it went pretty quick. We asked where the pens are and he replied, over there on the table, not particularly friendly answer.

Sent a simple package at this location, package was not delivered due to a required signature which was never mentioned prior to paying for the delivery, came to ask to change the signature requirement and was told they can’t until it has failed delivery 2-3 times and then was told “this is not an actual UPS store” its a company that prints labels for UPS but advertises they are a ups store, it’s literally called THE UPS STORE LOL, they wont even give you a # to call them to reach direct, they gave me the UPS basic 1-800 #, which means after you ship at this store they aren’t liable for anything, they push the blame on UPS because apparently they aren’t a UPS store, don’t waste your time here go to FedEx, will be disputing the charges if my package isn’t delivered

Do Not bring your packages here if you do not have the shipping labels already on boxes and all ready to ship, this location does not print shipping labels unless you are will to pay $2.30 per shipping label per package.The lady helping me was nice & said I can go to a print shop to print the label or pay $2.30 so they can print it. I decided to just pay the $2.30 b/c it was 111 degree outside & I had already been to another UPS location that doesn’t even have the option to print labels, I didn’t have the time & patience to run around in this HOT weather and this is why I gave 3 stars! Fed-Ex has never given me these issues so I will make sure to only do business with those who use fed-ex, USPS or other shipping methods that make it easier for me as a consumer.

Lost my $4000 INSURED package. The insurance would not pay out due to the fact it was never scanned by the driver. The response from the store owner was "we never monitor the drivers scanning and we never will". I left it with them, got the receipt they took it, after that they were not responsible for the package??????

Amazon return drop off. I had everything boxed up before I went, and was in and out in less than a minute.

This UPS Store is probably the best UPS Store I've been to and I've been to a lot. Everytime I go in they are so helpful and quick. The store is so clean and are nice people.

Nickel and diming is horrible here. They was asked to pay $1 for a piece of tape to ship I box I brought in full prepped with a pre-paid tag. They will tell you this is the policy, but I've literally shipped 10+ packages at this location without being charge for tape. The owner scoff at my rebuke of his policy. UPS Stores are a dime a dozen. They're everywhere, this one just happens to be right down the street. I will never visit this location again due to his horrible customer service.

I have shipped items here and also taken my Amazon returns here. They are really nice and efficient. I have never had to wait very long for help at this UPS. Friendly and pleasant service every time. When I need them pack Christmas gifts they always do it well.
