As a business owner who ships regularly, I had a very negative experience at this location. Some items were missing from my package after it was handled by a UPS clerk. This raises serious concerns about security for me, and I cannot recommend this place. I've never had similar issues at other locations.Update: I filed a police report about this incident and cops didn't do anything about it despite the stolen items were activated by someone in the Carrollton. The store owner denies any involvement (Obviously because they don't want to lose any customers). I'm concerned about repeated losses when valuable items are shipped, as this isn't an isolated incident. Go ahead and check any negative reviews, they are the truth.

Went in there to get a temporary tag printed and laminated like I’ve done in about 6 different ups stores and they told me they couldn’t do it. It looked like they didn’t want to get up and do the work. Not coming back and don’t recommend.

I’m reasonably certain that one of the guys working there stole my iPhone that I was mailing to Apple for a trade-in. I would recommend a different UPS store location.

Reggie and the Manager Pedro were awesome! They took a huge order and were able extremely helpful. Refreshing to see such great customer service!

?This is one more review of the bad reputation of this store. Not only that. Poor PEDRO (who helped me) with a Latin name and who doesn't speak Spanish doesn't speak English well either. He has no idea what it's like to do his job. Not even customer service, the poor guy was in such a bad mood that he simply did NOT want to return my packages and refused to do his job. Pedro, Pedro, Pedro, you need help! ? Learn to do your job. ??????This is one more review of the bad reputation of this store. Not only that. This is for Trey only. The other 2 guys were going to have me drive home to get my Amazon p/w and come back. Trey is awesome and always takes that extra care for clients. Other guy is too busy taking his smoke break to help an elderly person.

Probably the worst UPS franchise I’ve ever been to. Try other store if you need to drop off your package. They might open your package to see if it’s worth stealing.

1 star is too high for this place. The franchise owner Bob (Robert) is completely incompetent. Bob lacks the ability to lead a staff and properly own a business in the customer service industry.Pedro is Bob's top lackey when it comes to not knowing what to do. He clearly needs to be doing a job that is more simple, that does not involve customer interaction.The ups store corporation should be embarrassed to have a store ran with such incompetent ownership, management, and staff. Maybe this is your standard?

Just left this location because they were unable to help me with a printing a label. The guy at the front said the computer to print it from isn’t working. When I asked if I could email the label to the store he said no. Knowing good and well other stores offer the service. He didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. Went to the next ups a few mins away and they had me email the label they printed it….done quick and easy.

Scam. Go to fedex office if you want any printing done. They won't help you at all. They will just point to a computer that charges you money just to read the instructions.

Racist facility. Talking down on customers saying this is America and should only speak english after they head out the door. Disgraceful and rude to all attending customers. Will never return.
