I visited this post office on Monday and mailed a Christmas card to my brother. Unfortunately the card was returned to me two days later. I went back to this location and asked why was it returned. The clerk looked at it and said sorry looks like it was just an error. We will send it again. So my brother will not receive his card before Christmas. On 12/19 I also visited to get a refund from the kiosk that I used the previous date. The clerk didn’t know how to process the transaction. Luckily enough his peer was able to guide him through. I’ve been a Carrollton resident for 25 years and this station has gone down over the years. The customer service is non existent. It’s simply a job for these employees and the look of dissatisfaction is ALL over their faces.

They keeper my package for months, then returned my packages back to seller without calling me or give any notification, when when I finally find my package missing and call them, they push the responsibility to me as “ the address unknown “, which the address I received packages everyday

Friendly person at register when I was there, I smiled and they smiled. Wasn't as bad as the comments made me believe, at least in this experience.

Whenever I have to visit USPS, I feel nervous and stressed, but not at this particular location. I have never had a bad experience at this USPS, and the woman working here was so nice and helpful!

I called this office 28 times, an hour of phone callsBy the 16th phone call, I heard someone pick up the phone and then hang up immediately.This was on 2/16/22, A Thursday at 9:50AMIf you're trying to reach anyone, don't bother with the phone. If I could file a formal complaint I would about the employees here

My packages keep getting stuck there and I can't get through to an operator!! My packages never got stuck when they were going through Lubbock! I want my package and for my packages to start being delivered through Lubbock!! Ugh 92748902711654573024952484

With concern regarding my situation… and after reading all these negative reviews…and my issues… I’ve confirmed that this is one of the worst usps office ever.I’ve come to this place I believe now is my 4th time and addressed with them about them hitting my fence back in March of 2022.It is now 5 months and the only answer they will give me is we have already sent it to our “insurance claims department” to deal with. I asked politely if I can get confirmation, a case number, any point of contact to get this matter taken care of.They give me a number that if you call it goes directly to leave a message.At this rate, all I can do is to leave this review. I’m very disappointed as I was told it would take a little time but not 5 months and still going.

I was working in the front yard and watched my carrier drop off my mail, but didn't see the package I was expecting. After looking up the tracking info, it says "delivery attempted - no access to delivery location". I live in a subdivision, in a single family home. Come on, USPS! This was an important delivery!

Stacia answered the phone on the 2nd ring. I've called many post offices before and most never answer so this was a pleasant surprise. She was really helpful and quick to get my information and work toward resolving my missing mail issues. Very happy to see at least somebody at the USPS still cares about customer service. I mailed out 5 letters here, and out of the 5 only 1 arrived.On the flip-side, they lie about delivery attempts. I would be sitting at home waiting for a package and they don't even stop, and say I was not home. They've damaged several packages, and I wouldn't doubt they've stolen a few too. One night they were delivering mail at 9:30 PM and had a car following them opening all the mailboxes.

went to mail something to my father down here in Texas, says its delivered but not in his mail box. Best answer i could get from the woman was "I dont know sir". this post office is a joke, however i did talk to a man named adam who was exceptionally helpful and good at his job the day before now, only reason it gets 2 stars

I have had 2 packages stolen after saying it was delivered while I was at work don't use them for packages you won't get them horrible service you can't trust the courier's
