The staff at this USPS location have helped me multiple times with different situations, and I truly appreciate every one of them. Each time, I was facing a different challenge, and they consistently went above and beyond to assist me. For the things within their power, they always tried their best to help out. They understood how difficult things were and showed patience, professionalism, and genuine care. I want to say a heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their continued support!

Visited this location on June 11, 2025. It was a busy morning, but a big thank you to Thomas—he was amazing, helpful, and kind. He made my visit smooth and pleasant. He deserve 5 stars service.

I am sick and tired of getting mail only a few days a week and constantly getting my neighbor's mail. . I had a package delivered to the wrong address (I know because I met the carrier at my mailbox and she didn’t have the package I just got a notice had been delivered) and filed a claim. They insist it was delivered to me which I know is a lie. To help them get MY mail in MY box, I put HUGE reflective numbers on the side of the box they drive up to. Now they’re not even picking up my mail! I put 2 cards out last night (Sunday) with the flag up, it’s 7:40 and they’re still in the mailbox. I used to be a supporter of USPS but at this point, I’d rather pay FedEx or UPS.

I had a horrible experience coming here to do a drop off and Chang of address. This happened all on the same day, when I arrived there was a long line, did not mind, waited till it was my turn. The lady in the front named Nancy, told me she could not print out a pre paid label, that I need to print it out and come back, very rudely and very condescending. FINE, I went to a Walgreens got it printed and I came back to get this done. Now the 2nd time I’m on this long line, waited for my turn. I got Nancy again, I did the drop off, again very rudely talking over me, I wanted to get my change of address done. Threw me the slip and no pen(non of the other pens were working, she knew that from working all day there) I went to the side to not block the long line, filled it out and waited for her not to be busy so I can hand in the slip, she completely ignored me and kept skipping me, we made actual eye contact and she continued to ignore me. Her co-worker was next to her, saw what was happening and helped me out to finish my change of address. NANCY, I hope you get therapy because there is no need to be so disrespectful to the USPS customers that come in to get the things they need done. You had actually laughed AT an old man because he did not do something so simple correctly. I hope your supervisor sees and read this and act accordingly regarding your situation.

These people need to update their info, I drove 1 hour om Saturday to get my daughter her passport (online said they take walk in Saturday 12-3pm) we get there and they're kicking out because they finna close. Unacceptable defund these ppl

This facility is a joke. They can't process mail on time and there is no accountability. I live in the Texas country 80 miles east of the facility. I purchase items on the internet and it sits in Carrollton for 4+ days before it moves in the system. One could walk the package to me faster! What a disgrace - DOGE needs to clean them out!

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Lisa at the USPS office. She was super kind, patient, and really went out of her way to help me today. She took the time to listen, made sure everything was taken care of, and honestly made the whole experience so much better. You don’t always come across people who truly care, but Lisa definitely does. Thank you so much for all your help!

I don't know why people are so harsh 🤯. I've been going to this PO location for 18 years since I live close by. I trust USPS over UPS! I've seriously had to redirect all UPS to the local UPS branch if I want my packages. I've used this USPS location for all my sales, and I've had many, many packages over the years. They've ALL been delivered. Yes, there are long lines sometimes. But that's the case everywhere. And most of the people who work there are very kind and professional, like Randal who seems like a manager, but he's not. He provides excellent customer service, as do most employees there! You're going to find a bad apple occasionally. That's life!
