Came in during walk in hours at 2:15 for passport renewal. Only 1 person in line ahead of me and they said they weren't taking anyone else even though I had my forms already completed. It is now 2:30 and they wasted my time driving there and waiting in line. Terrible service!

I should have paid attention to the reviews. When I opened the door, there was a sign saying that there was a competition for reviews, they should have told their employees this. I wish I had gotten the name of the little woman that DIDN’T help me. But I was so infuriated by her lack of customer service I chose to leave instead of causing a scene. This might be the closest post office to my new job but I promise I will not be going back.

The woman working at the desk named Nanacy was rude and totally dismissive to me. She did not even take one second to hear my question or try to help me. She immediately sent me to wait in another line. This was after waiting in line and making a second trip to this location in one day because the mail carrier hid my package at his desk after not delivering it the day before. This woman should not be allowed to work in customer service. I was disrespected, my time was wasted and this is not ok.

Had scheduled an urgent passport application appointment. Got to the office today and waited for half an hour before the gentleman working there told me his 2 passport employees were out and they couldn’t fulfill my appointment. I didn’t receive any email/call/text informing me and spent over an hour and a half driving today to make this appointment, and when trying to schedule a new one, all places are booked until at least a month from now. The man working there was very nice but I’m extremely disappointed in how this was handled by this USPS office.

Woman who work there was so so rude!!I couldn’t read little letter for my shipmentBecause I have bad eyesight.But She really humiliated me for not reading letters.Worst rude woman I ever met in that postal office!

There’s an issue every single time I come to this location. Staff is extremely rude and lazy. I’m very convinced they don’t do corrective training at this location either. If there was ever a USPS that needed to be shut down, it would absolutely be this one.

For the last year, I have been dealing with a package that got lost in the mail. I purchased additional insurance to make sure that I got my money back if something like this happened.My first time I tried to get it rectified .. I had to explain my situation to a clerk who her first language isnt English. So, I had to keep repeating myself over and over till her coworker stepped in. He was helpful at telling me where to file a claim for insurance. It was all down hill from here. I’ve stood in the post office, waiting on Latonya the supervisor to come and help me, after my clerk told me she could not help me. As I stood and waited, I moved to the side where the clerk could assist with other people. Latonya was apparently in the back shopping online which the clerk told me when she went back to get her two different times. She herself was mortified. She couldnt believe the audacity of Latonya. After waiting 45 minutes for Latonya, I had to leave.Since this occurred, I’ve tried to get the assistance of Angela Hicks but she’s as helpful as ole Latonya! ? Neither one of these ladies are helpful in anyway.In my several walk in’s, leaving messages and waiting for countless hours, I still have no resolution.The only person that has attempted to help me was Sabrina. She helped me make sure all of my paperwork was in order after one of my countless visits This is after several attempts to get this situation resolved. She is the only one that seems to care about her job or helping people. She went out of her way when none of the others would even come to the front to speak to me. Her coworkers do not make it easy on her. I’ve witnessed it firsthand, as she asked for help. If anyone should be in charge, its Sabrina.I think they need to fire the complacent government worker’s who are just coasting to retirement, with no motivation or drive. There are a ton of people who are looking for jobs and will actually work!

Randal provided excellent customer service and assurance in helping me with getting my package shipped off. Very knowledgeable and upfront about pricing and options. Great location

I have experienced lost packages and LIES since I have moved and assigned to this post office, this is the most frustrating and incompetent post office I’ve ever experienced! They place you on hold for hours only for them to shut the phone lines down, lie and say they’re going to call you back and have lost EVERY package that I have had sent to me

This is the most friendly and helpful USPS I’ve ever been to. Not sure why theres so many negative reviews. I made a mistake with a shipping address and the package was returned to sender, usps support told me there was nothing they could do, but the next day I got a call from the post office saying they saw my request and put it to the side for me to pick up. I didn’t even call the store because i figured it was hopeless but they contacted me first thing when they opened. A super sweet lady explained everything and later I came to pick it up. The man who helped me get my package was also incredibly friendly and helpful. This was the best experience I’ve had at any mail store, let alone USPS

I dropped in at 11:30 on a Tuesday, talked to Randall who seemed just as pleased as he could be to be working here and helping folks out. Apologized to the folks in line and thanked us for our patience. Once I was at the counter he made quick small talk and a joke and sent me on my way. Great USPS experience.
