The experience was great. I had a car battery issue and they replaced the battery under warranty. They did everything quickly. The only thing I have a coment is about the wait time. On phone, they said it'll take just an hour for a checkup but when I dropped my car , the wait time was like 3 hours. But apart from that, my experience was really good. Good job team .?

Went in to purchase a vehicle. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted spend monthly. Laura Labarbera was phenomenal. She got me exactly what I wanted and payment where I needed it. Eman in finance was phenomenal as well. He explained everything very well as far as what my warranties etc etc were. I LOVE LOVE my new Elantra.

Wonderful experience! Painless, got a lot done through email & text before arriving to the dealership which made it more convenient for me. Antonio was great! Very nice guy, made it easy. Rameka (I’m sorry if I spelled wrong ?) was very nice & got us done quick with the paperwork part of it. Would definitely use again & recommend.

They found my hard to find car by working very diligently with other dealers around the nation but unfortunately, they didn’t go get it right away so the other dealer sold it out from underneath them. But then they really stepped up their game and found another one that I ultimately liked even better! The sales person and the manager were both awesome

Fast and complete service. I was in and out for my car service maintenance plus the complimentary car wash and vacuum was a very nice addition as well. Alyssa handled my car service appointment and she was very personable and knowledgeable. I am thoroughly satisfied with my service at Van Hyundai in Carrollton.

Horrible horrible experience. Drove an hour and a half each way to look at a used Toyota Camry. Upon arrival we’re told they had loaned it to a service customer but they could go take them another car and pick it up. Was told this would take about 15 minutes. While we were waiting we looked at a comparable higher mileage car..the battery was dead. 45 minutes before the car we came to look at returned Their web site had a price of $23,999…right below that there is a black bar which said push to get your lower early Black Friday price.We told our salesperson we were not interested in extended warranties or any other add ons. The first quote they bought out was for over $30,000. It included extended warranty and a $1495Dealer fee. Second quote eliminated the warranty but still included the $1495. Finally convinced them to take it off and ask about the lower Black Friday price…there isn’t one.Very misleading that their web site price is the lowest there is. They would not cut the $23,999 a dollar.This was a cash deal and the only discount I was offered was if I agreed to finance the vehicle…said I could pay it off the next day( I’m sure the finance companies love that)Don’t waste your times

Purchased a Sonata here in 2016. Recently started experiencing engine issues that are still under warranty. I've called this dealership at least 4 times over the past week trying to get an appointment - I call, get transferred to the service department, the phone rings and rings, then clicks off without the option to leave a voicemail. I've been texting with a Sales guy who swears he forwarded my information to the Service Department and they'll call me back as soon as they can. I've chatted on the website and been told the Service Department will contact me ASAP. I'm literally driving around a liability and they can't return one phone call. I guess the Service Department just doesn't exist here. Ridiculous excuse of a dealership. Don't worry, I'll be going somewhere else for my under warranty issues and never visiting your dealership ever again.

They knew what part they needed last week when I set up the appointment I sat for two and a half hours for them to decide they didn't have the part. Wasted a chunk of my day off. But it didn't matter to them. They could have just rescheduled before I sat there for such a long time or called before I came in

Wow even worse then last time there that I find out that they sold me the wrong filter and oil after waiting 3 hours for the filter and oil to supposably arrive to now look under my car see that it's not motorcraft like I paid for and on top of that these fucks stripped the hell out of my oil pan nut. Not even possible to get off yet for the last visit they pull this crap. They will pay for this.

I had a pleasant experience working with the people at van hyundai. They did everything they could to give me exactly what I wanted. I went to just look and left with a 2024 kona. My first brand new car ever. I recommend them 10 out of 10. Thank you for all your help

Poor customer service, work hard to sell you what they've got versus the car the you want and waste of time. These are just a few phrases to describe my car buying experience with them. Or should I say their failure to deliver on a promise they made. While their sales staff come across pleasant and willing to accommodate, I would not recommend Van Hyundai for your next car buying experience.

Crazy experience with the service department. I made an appointment for recall work, showed up, and they said they're too busy to do it.Fast forward several months. Made a second appointment 4 weeks out for recall work. Came in waited 1.5 hours when the service person (Phil Socolov) came to get me to tell me that all 4 brake pads need to be replaced immediately and quoted $1,100. My car has 33,000 miles on it. I declined brake service. They guy pulled my car around and casually mentioned that they did NOT perform my recall work, AND he had to jump my car and the battery is bad too.Absolutely flabbergasted. Never had a problem with the battery and JUST had my car inspected with not a mention of the brakes. After all of this and two separate appointments, I never even got the recall work done. Just heinous.Get my car home and sure enough, it won't start. I'm POSITIVE they actually did something to it. I've just started looking into my options, but DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!Again, I brought in a car with 33,000 miles on it that never has had even a HINT of any issue whatsoever, and I was given back a broken car. Just unbelievable. Even their own paperwork says my battery is fine.UPDATE: Took my car to Brakes Plus and they confirmed that my car does NOT need new brake pads, but there are two issues with my car that the dealer should have fixed under warranty (transmission mount and oil pan gasket). Again, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Took my car here on a Friday on the off chance I wouldn't have to wait a month for it to be fixed (other dealerships were telling me that was their wait time). Van Hyundai had my car finished by the following Monday! I was also accidentally charged for service (even though I was covered by warranty), and they were quick to issue my refund by Thursday. Great customer service, and I really appreciate them making the situation right. I'll be taking my car here again if needed. Thank you, Keith and Van Hyundai!
