The physical store is COMPLETELY different from the online store. Different names now too. Big Cloud Smoke formally Big D Vape. Adam no longer owns the physical store. The physical store is also more expensive than the online store. I have to get my vapes online & delivered to me now that I moved 100 miles away. Previously my husband & I would place an order one day & it was always delivered the next day by UPS. Things have changed in the past few months. It can take a few days to receive our order now. Problem is that someone HAS TO BE HOME to sign for the package & we've had to rearrange our schedules twice recently to accommodate the delivery. They have the best prices online, but customer service & UPS deliveries seem to be slipping for some reason. Especially after the brick & mortar store & online service split up. UPS said it was the shipper & vice versa. Best online prices, but not as convenient as before. I will remain a loyal customer, almost 6 years now.

They have more flavors than i have ever seen before! Adam took us on a tour of the variety of vapes explaining any questions we had. They carry other products as well such as CBD gummies. UPDATE 4/23/22.. Carlos in shipping is the man! I had a delivery on a Saturday and he kept in touch and lmk the status of it until it arrived! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE CARLOS! The female employee who delivered it to my door was very nice too! She waited for me to ck my box to make sure it was complete. It was! Carlos got alot of products into a small box! Remember to Tip your home delivery driver.”

However, I noticed this location offers a larger selection of items. Like other Daiso stores, it was well organized and fully stocked before opening, which is something I always appreciate.”

“They're always in stock of new seasonal items. Everything is so organized! My only gripe is that the employees sometimes disappear but when you find them, they're helpful and friendly. Bonus points for the nice bathroom!”
