The staff is kind and patient with young players and children. Instruments appear to be great quality and price is very competitive. Bow rehairs adds extra cushion and the owner adds trustworthiness and expertise. Best experience with great selections and highly recommend the shop. My grandson who is 9 dropped his violin and broke the finger board off. The violin was rented so I took it back to Violin House and explained the situation. They were very gracious about not blaming us for the accident. The violin was repaired in one day at no charge to us! I didn't expect that.

The owner is very knowledgeable and patient. He provided a detailed explanation on how to fix my old violin and gave me a good estimate. I rented a violin for my daughter. The quality of the small violin definitely exceeded my expectation. Two thumbs up for Violin House!
