The best! This place has been in Carrollton forever and the couple who runs the business is the absolute best. So kind and they do a fantastic job. Quick too. It's out of the way for me but I drive here anyway.

Song is a very happy and sweet person. I truly look forward to picking up my clothes. Song and her hubby are the nicest and friendliest people you will ever meet. The service is great too! The clothes is always on time and dry cleaned very well.

What a nice small business. Great job on my daughter's white work shirts, aprons and vest. These were better than the two other local cleaners in the area. Seems like a family owned operation who were super appreciative for the business. No drive through but the automatically walked the clothes out to the car for me. Great starch level and care. Not much to look at from the outside but nice people. I'll be back again.

Absolutely excellent service! Very personable owners and great prices. Also, the cleaning is wonderful. They cleaned our drapes and they came back fresh, clean and folded beautifully. He even carried them out to the car! Great place! Delightful people!

I was very excited when I moved to a new apartment that VIP would make my life easier but the service I experienced was very frustrating. I had specific instructions on the card. I wrote notes and pinned them to my bag and finally pinned a note which said please call me before processing. And I was able to talk to someone. No one ever answered the phone number on the card. My simple request was to just please crease pants. The person I talked to acknowledged my instructions and that order was the only order that was done. The next order reverted to the same way. I emailed and asked for a refund for the latest order and I got no response. I also experienced no consistency in when items would be returned. So I never knew when anything would be returned. Please don't use this company

Very helpful people. Great service. After coming in only once, she remembers who I am and gets my clothes before I even have a chance to show her my ticket. Also helped me with a hem them was coming out on my slacks and showed me how the pants had originally been hemmed improperly. I am very happy.
