This pharmacy is a zoo - there is no consult of new medications. It’s a pharmacy board disaster waiting to happen! Be extra careful for those most vulnerable like children and elders who don’t necessarily read their RX bottles.

This is a busy location that has been open for years. Their pharmacy has 24-hour service which is wonderful when something happens late at night.

Switched here due to new insurance and a prescription I needed filled is already taking a week to get ordered due to it being out of stock. Transferred my prescriptions to a non-Walgreens pharmacy over this. Seems like someone either never submitted my prescription as when I called, it suddenly switched from out of stock to pending. I cannot rely on a pharmacy who has staff who do not do their job.

I sat in the drive thru pharmacy for 20 minutes before someone helped me. I mean is there no sense of urgency for your customers? This is ridiculous and it’s like that almost every time I go. I’m switching pharmacies.

The counter pharmacy staff is GREAT especially the short one with glasses she’s amazing! HOWEVER the kid pharmacist and I mean that literally he’s barely 21 has trouble staying focused and gets distracted easily. He canNOT stay on task. I was the ONLY person at 7:30am waiting for a RX to be filled not just the only person in line but the ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE FOR AN HOUR and he couldn’t get 3 common RX’s filled in a shorter time than 1hr 12mins. It’s absolutely ridiculous and pathetic.

There is a wait every single time we come here. We live in North Carrollton so our medications are pretty much always sent here. Just today I called asked if my medications were ready and they said they were. Got there and they said they'd need 2 hours more only me to get home and get a message saying they're ready. I left home AGAIN and drove back to wait for another almost 30 minutes.
