Sakeema gives five star service. I needed a debit card with a routing and account number to use for my new job. The reloadable gift card section in the store didn't have any Visa debit cards on it so she directed me to another area near the check out stations. She helped me pick the right type of card for my needs and advised me about the loading and fee requirements to purchase it. Thank you so much for your help.

Went to do my shopping Sunday Morning cashier Linda D. Was rude and racist. I was getting detergent and other items and wanted to pay in separate transactions and she said leave we are tired of you couponing. Change the staff drive up the street and they are super nice even help you find what you need.

My vet asked me to go to a regular Pharmacy to get my dogs cough medicine since they were on back order. Went to Walgreens to see if they could help, the person at the Pharmacy had no information but took my prescription. They asked me to have my vet fax the Pharmacy the prescription (they faxed it twice and noted it was successful.) Every time I called to see if they were able to complete it, I was met with "no we don't have it" or "we never received it" and when I asked for more information, I never got it and was told to have them send it again! I only went because I read Walgreens gladly accepted pet prescriptions. Don't believe it for one second.

On this visit to Walgreens I used their app. There were money saving coupons, which made my day! There was a coupon for Lumify, a great eye drop which isn't cheap, but the $4 off coupon leastened the sting. There was also a coupon for the generic, Chantix, to help you stop smoking, $75 instead of $350! Now, that's a big savings! Check out the Walgreens app to help with this crazy inflation! ?

Pharmacist sets the pace for all the employees. I was calling for 3 days in a row and wanted to call ahead so I didn’t have to go up there multiple times. I called and was assisted promptly. No issues, when called back the next day, I was on hold for 30mins. The lady that answered didn’t want to talk and kept pushing me off and wanted me to come inside to the store. I called back, another 30min hold, a gentle answered. He assisted but seemed busy. My call wasn’t resolved so I called the following day when they were as busy. Kept getting put on hold. Never spoke to someone. I called back at another time, maybe less busy. Same service. I had life come up and called the following day. Same situation. I immediately took my lunch at work and just went up there. They were dead. 5 employees sitting around and the pharmacist was just putting calls on hold. Ontop of it all, when I called them out, they had attitude like I had the audacity for even saying something. Manager just looked at me when I called out the situation and put another call on hold when she was only refilling a prescription. Get this store under control. Both night and day pharmacists are incredibly lazy when it comes to customers.

Called to check if they had medicine in stock. The rude tech said Im not telling you that, I’ve worked at a store in the past where we got robbed after telling somebody we had medication in stock. Terrible customer service. She literally tried to make me out to be a criminal!

PLEASE AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!! They are rude over the phone when you try to call something in. They are also rude when you get there to pick your prescription up. No common sense whatsoever. Anytime I go there, they act like they have no clue what they are doing. They had me driving around til 3 in the morning just to get my insulin from another store.

I visited the store to buy some last minute things for Christmas and when it came time to check out I was totally ignored by the person on shift Jacob; another employee Steven I believe was his name (African American gentleman) who was already clocked out had to tell Jacob several times that he has a customer waiting because he was busy eating Cheetos and watching something on his phone. Jacob then proceeded to lick the food off his fingers and attempt to check out my items. I told him you are gonna get your spit and food all over the items I’m about to purchase and instead of washing his hands and proceeding to help me he told Steven that I want him and walked back to what he was doing which was eating and watching something on his phone. Even though Steven was clocked out he still proceeded to help me politely. If it wasn’t for him nobody would have helped me. Jacob’s behavior was the most unprofessional that I have ever experienced at any store let alone unsanitary…it’s just plain disgusting. I will never visit this store again. You guys should give Steven a promotion for going about because he literally did the job of the person actually still clocked in. Jacob needs to be reprimanded for his behavior!
