I'm not one to write reviews or become irritated easily. When we arrived at the store today, Tuesday, December 26, at 9:57 p.m., the manager informed us that there were two minutes left until closing. As we looked for what we needed, the manager warned us over the speaker phone that if we didn't go to the front, we wouldn't be checked out. This was at exactly 10:00 p.m. The manager then walks by and tells us to leave or they won't check us out. I tell them it's just been four minutes from closing and we were almost done. The girl and the manager then continue to laugh. Two minutes pass. I told him he couldn't do that when he told us to hurry up. I didn't get the opportunity to feel welcome as a customer, and I was uncomfortable. The girl working at the checkout was laughing, but she was not saying anything. I wouldn't be coming here, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to either. The “manager” should be fired for acting so unprofessional.

This place already has very poor reviews but I must pass along my recent experience. Refilled a script online, had to call 4 days later only to be told, by JANA THE PHARMACIST, that a glitch caused the delay and then it was that my order "didn't print" caused the delay.I said I'm filing a complaint to which JANA THE PHARMACIST replied, "go ahead and do that. It will just get kicked back to her and I would just have to deal with her again." I asked what she would do if she was in my position. She responded with "I don't take medication."What a wonderfully positive customer experience that was.@Walgreens, I'm not surprised you are closing store locations all over the country.Hebron Pharmacy - here I come.

No wonder this company has stores closing and is laying off massive amounts of employees. The literal worst store. I had spinal surgery and could not drive. I placed an order for items to have for lunch. I was contacted by the Uber driver who asked for my address. I was confused as I have my address stored in the app and have not changed it since we moved here 2 years ago. Their app requires you to add an address and check it for delivery. You cannot deliver to a temporary location. I'm my book are my old address, my current one and ny daughter's. I called the 800 number to verify and she said it did show the store address. I sent the driver the address right over. It took less that 3 minutes worth of wait for the verification. The drive did not respond. I texted 4 more times with no response during the remainder of the call. The 800 number said there was nothing she could do and to call the store. The store said the driver was there. She did not call me. The store did not call me. No one reached out to try to help. They simply do not care. This is why Walgreens is failing. They just don't care and now. Lunch is delayed for me. If patients are supposed to be a priority then they are missing the mark...big time.

I wish I could give ZERO star! THE worst experience ever in a store & all I wanted was to get a price check before purchasing because there was NO price on the shelf for the item! The staff was absolutely inadequate, to put it nicely! Both the cashier and the manager he called- for no reason either than he was not capable to do the simple job of scanning an item were boorish, rude, demeaning and openly gossiped about me less than 2 feet away! SLOW too, took 15 minutes to complete that purchase!

I needed a prescription filled so I checked GoodRX and found a good price offered by Walgreens. I had my doctor send the prescription to this pharmacy and I explicitly called in to let them know that I will be using a GoodRX coupon instead of my insurance.Because the pharmacy already had my insurance information in the system, the tech decided it to take it upon herself to run it through against my wishes and not tell me, even though it doubled my cost for the prescription. I queried the price as it was different, and she said that sometimes the prices are different to what’s on the GoodRX website.This did not sound right with me, so I called GoodRX to confirm. They indicated that no claim was made against that discount code. They in turn called the pharmacy who reversed the transaction and charged me the correct price after applying the GoodRX coupon.To be clear:1) The pharmacy understood that I wanted to use a GoodRX coupon, knowing that it would be cheaper2) They told me that they applied the Good RX coupon, but sneakily filed it against my insurance company3) They lied to me about itThis is dishonest behavior that puts profits ahead of people. It's bad business and it will take advantage of people who may be sick, not be as aware or as fortunate as I am.Be careful.

Went to the pharmacy. Prescription wasn't ready after getting text saying prescription was ready. Came back 4 hours later and the pharmacy tech tried to say they wouldn't take my ID. said something about a policy. Asked which policy he was referring to. Couldn't name it. He finally brought a printout that didn't have anything to do with what he was claiming it did. He then took the policy back and I asked him to show it to me again and he said he already did.Same pharmacy tech was rude when I went in earlier. Wasn't wearing a name badge and refused to give his name.

Had an issue with a Fedex package that arrived late, but Camillie and Jocelyn were very nice, caring, and helpful each time I visit there to check on its status! Also it is so close to my house which is another plus.

I have not had a good experience with one person at this pharmacy. They are all extremely rude. When I first started going to the pharmacy my husband would go to pick up my inhaler monthly. After a few months I just happened to look at the receipt and noticed I was be charged way more than I should. I called the pharmacy and had to fight with them to even have someone look into it. Turns out they were charging the goodrx price even though they had my insurance. I was being charged over $30 more every month. They only refunded me for one month, even though it was for several. I have also had them tell me my inhaler was not covered and they had to call my insurance. They told me "i don't know what to tell you, it's your insurances fault. I can't do anything to help you" so I asked to speak with the supervisor. The supervisor got on the phone to tell me there was no issue and my inhaler would be ready in an hour. Which isn't not an issue that the original guy was wrong about the insurance, what kills me is that he used his energy to be extremely rude to me instead of trying to figure what could be causing this. Lastly today, I called to check what generic they had for my medication. The generic I had last month gave me bad side effects. When I asked the lady on the phone she was quick to cut me off and tell me the generic of another type of medication. After explaining again she looked up the information and told me the other had the same generic has the previous month. I told her that was fine I would need to get it switch to somewhere else. She said "well all the other pharmacies are gonna have the same things as us, plus it's already here so there is nothing we can do." Then she told me she would call me back. I asked why I would need to be called back if the prescription was not the one I needed. She told me she was in the middle of something and had my number and hung up the phone. I called another Walgreens and they told me the had the brand I was wanting and that my doctor could switch it to them for me. Which the lady here made it seem as though I was stuck with that. I got a call back from the lady at this pharmacy and when I answered the phone she AGAIN very rudely goes "we have the other brand, are you coming to get it or not?" No greeting or anything just immediately rude. I had to ask the exact brand for her to even tell me that. Once she told me the brand she then asked again "are you coming or not?" I told her I would come and asked when it would be ready. She told me "now" and then quickly hung up the phone. I am extremely displeased with the service here, as everyone just seems so miserable all the time. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year now. Either the management doesn't know what's going on or they don't care which is sad. It takes a lot more time and energy to be rude to your customers then to just be friendly and listen. I have never had issues like this at other Walgreens or other pharmacies in general. Something needs to change here.

This is my neighborhood Walgreens and although it’s small they have everything I need. I come here for my prescriptions. I enjoy seeing the older man who works check out, he’s really kind :)

I went Into this store because it’s close to my work. I needed some cold meds I happened to pass some clearance stuff that caught my eye for my kids. I grabbed 2 stuffed reversible animals they were cute. Plus it said $6.99 so hey why not. I was checking out with a order cashier prolly close to 70 or so. He was very slow which I didn’t mind I was totally cool with being patient about that. But one rang up as $8.99 and the other as $10.99 so I said something only about the $10.99 because they were the same thing kinda odd for them to not be the same. I didn’t even care that they were $2 more than what it said just thought the price should be the same. I didn’t make a big fuss just said shouldn’t these be the same price they are the same thing? He yes changed the price while telling me “that means 0 your thoughts about it mean 0” he kept on very rude. I asked for a manager because I wasn’t going to be talked to like that for no reason. I wasn’t rude or angry or mad the prices didn’t match just thought it was weird. No need to get nasty with someone about it. Plus his nose was dripping boogers. I was trying not to throw up and I still was super nice. I don’t understand why it was needed to be rude to me for no reason and disrespectful. I didn’t deserve that. I’m not even saying here customer is always right I work in customer service that isn’t always the case. But geez man no need to get like that with a nice paying customer. I’m a single mom I don’t have money to just throw around I was just trying to watch my money and so yes I noticed an error on their systems part because again it’s my money I’m gonna be paying. That man needs to be fired he doesn’t need to work in customer service clearly.
